My wife bought a used CRV from Faulkner and I was so impressed with the quality of their service department that it convinced me to buy a new Accord. I have no regrets. I’m a customer for life.

When I purchased the vehicle two years ago I was told I

When I purchased the vehicle two years ago I was told I have two years free inspection and oil change. Was no charge for the oil change but they charged me for the state inspection. I asked the service writer it suppose to be free for two years. Seemed like he did not really care. He did greet me nice, but I will not be buying another vehicle from there.

Great service that was also fast. My rep, Alexa, explained everything clearly and I did not feel pressured. Very comfortable waiting area as well, with coffee and snacks.

Very cool the video recording by the technician takes you

Very cool the video recording by the technician takes you under the hood ! My only suggestion is that they get individual microphones for each technician to better pick up their voices and block out the background noise.
