This was my fourth Wrangler and my 3rd purchased from

This was my fourth Wrangler and my 3rd purchased from Hill-Kelly. I was finally able to special order my dream Jeep; a Rubicon with every single option available. It is a strikingly beautiful vehicle! Only a Wrangler owner truly understands that comment! Every day it sat on the lot, potential buyers would ask if it was for sale. Rusty and Will helped me place the order, and they understood my vision and saw to it that it happened! It did take 6 months to get to the dealership but I was made aware by Rusty back in August that there was an impending UAW strike and it would slow down delivery. It was worth the wait! I have no regrets and loved every step of the process.

Best day ever

Deon was an exceptional salesman. He made the entire experience very pleasant. It was such a fun test ride. I didn’t arrive intending to purchase that day but I couldn’t resist, I had to have this Charger. I highly recommend buying from Hill-Kelly, see Deon!

Service department is a crap show.

Service department is a crap show. They keep your vehicle much longer than they should regardless if you have an appointment or not. If you have a question, no service advisor or manager will pick up the phone. If you leave a message you will get no return call. Just go somewhere else.

Excellent Customer Service

Took my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change before heading out of town and found out my brakes needed repair as well as my automatic stop/start function. My Service Tech, Bridget, came to the rescue! Not only did she get my Jeep in for repairs within 48 hours, she also clearly communicated the pricing and services needed, ensuring I understood everything that would be done. Bridget went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of before my long eight hour trip. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and my Jeep runs great! A++++

Purchased a Ram 1500 at Hill Kelly Dodge
