Mike has always been very friendly and helpful in taking care of us as customers. The service has always been quick and reasonable. Mike is very diligent about checking the warranty and is very knowledgeable about getting our vehicle's problems solved. He also keeps up with the timely maintenance we need to do on our vehicle. We highly recommend him and Hill Kelly's service department team.

This was my second experience with Hill-Kelly Jeep. Both times were a great experience. I was greeted on the lot by a very knowledgable salesman. There was a large selection of Jeeps on hand and some hard to find colors. The negotiation was fare and the finance manager worked to find me a very reasonable interest rate. I would highly recommend giving this dealer your first and last look for a new vehicle!

I was shopping for a truck and stopped by Hill-Kelly to...

I was shopping for a truck and stopped by Hill-Kelly to walk the lot. I was met by Richard and Vern just after arrival and they pointed out the Dodge Dakotas they had available on the lot. The two Dakotas I looked at were priced well below any other comparable vehicles. I was invited to drive either one and did so. I was given time to make up my mind without being smothered by a sales associate and when I decided to buy the truck I was taken care of in a friendly and professional matter. Richard made the experience pleasant and pressure-free. Vernon was also very helpful as was Miss Ellen in F&I. My truck was ready for pick up on time with the floor mats installed and the owner's guide and keys in hand. I enjoyed puchasing the vehicle from Hill-Kelly Dodge and would/will strongly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks so much for a great deal from great people !! John Moodhard

The whole experience was excellent. I would recommend Hill Kelly Dodge, especially Richard Hartline. He was knowledgeable and very courteous. He did not pressure me into anything that I did not want. The facilities were clean and I think I got an excellent deal. A+++

I had a very disheartening experience at the jeep...

I had a very disheartening experience at the jeep dealership in Fort Walton/Crestview. Hill Kelly was a welcome relief. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. A very fair deal and an excellent overall experience. Richard Hartline was excellent as was his entire supporting case. I would recommend working with them even if a drive was required. When I walked in the door I asked them to please make this a pleasurable experience. They went well beyond that. On top of that, I love the Jeep Cherokee they found for me.

The dealership was clean. The employers were friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and seemed to truely care about their performance and quility of care towards the customers. I bought a new Jeep Liberty 2011 and am looking forward to going back to the dealership to get new leather put in, under the care of the fine staff at Hill-Kelly Dodge Jeep dealership.

We were on our way home (Pensacola) coming back from...

We were on our way home (Pensacola) coming back from Birmingham in our 2006 Sprinter. We were about 30 miles from home and all the instrument lights came on. We pulled over and stopped. Had to be toured to home. Next day we had it toured to Hill Kelly Dodge. We were told they could not look at the vehicle right away that it would take a couple of days because the bay that they needed for our vehicle was in use. They told us that as soon as it came open it would be next. When the vehicle went into the bay it was looked at right away. Bill McGinnis told us he had a new engine order and it would take a couple of days to get us back on the road. He told us to go over to Enterprise across the street and we would have a rental car waiting for us to use while our vehicle was being worked on.…A couple of days later we were told our vehicle was ready. We found out everything was covered under warranty. Plus, no cost for the rental. The management, staff, and technicians (esp. Lee the Sprinter technician) could not have been nicer. They even had our vehicle cleaned and waiting for us. We were very please with Bill McGinnis and the Hill Kelly Dodge staff.

Outstanding service. Brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler to...

Outstanding service. Brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler to have my navigation system replaced and have Sirius travel link software downloaded onto the nav system. Took less than 30 minutes! Outstanding work! The new navigation unit works great. Thanks to Reese and Bill!

After being a loyal customer for almost 20 years I was almost ready to go to another dealership after having difficulty getting my 2008 Dodge Avenger's stalling problem corrected. After making Mr. Jeff Thompson aware of the problem it was quickly corrected. Hat's off to the professionals at Hill Keylly Dodge.
