Great expereince!

Wesley Graves was great to work with. We found him honest, knowledgeable, and understanding. No high pressure just facts and a genuine interest in getting it right.He gave us the space and time to come to our decision. We truly felt that he wanted to do what was best for us and not sell us something we would not be happy with. We have bought many cars over the years but this was the most enjoyable car experience we have had. Everyone worked as a team to get us into the car we selected. It was impressive to see the support Wesley received from Charlie White, Rocio Navarro and Felipe Hernandez. Everyone we met was courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Val strough has the best service advisor: Gary Singleton and the best master mechanic: Bob Omstead. Working with these experts assures me that my car is properly serviced.

Loved having the car delivered to my doorstep.

Great service, friendly people

The employees are very nice and welcoming. One employee-Tim, is always friendly. He always takes the the time to stop what he's doing, look up and converse with people, even if he's not the associate working with you.

Go see Felipe and the rest of the A team

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Felipe is a major asset to your team and will continue to benefit the overall process of buying a car. You hear a lot about car salesman, but these guys were more about making you feel comfortable about your purchase and trying to make it as stress free as possible.

Outstanding.

Jeff Romero was polite and very helpful, both in his initial phone contact and during the purchase process. He is a credit to that car dealer, Val Strough, and to the entire automobile sales business, on Web or not. In a lifetime of many new car purchases, he is the most memorable for all the good qualities one hopes to find.

A positive experience, integrity matters to them

I bought an eight-year-old vehicle without seeing it, based on the salesman's description. There were a few minor, typical issues that came up when I arrived to take delivery - but nothing that would keep me from going through with the purchase. Three days later I noticed an oil leak. I contacted Bob, the sales manager, who immediately took responsibility. The diagnosis was a leaking rear main oil seal - a relatively serious and expensive repair. They took care of everything, including a rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. They did a great job with the repair and made sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. I'm impressed. Thank you, Bob.
