My wife and I just bought a new 2017 Honda Accord from Shingle Springs Honda. I don't leave reviews often but I had such a great experience I felt it was worth sharing. We live in Folsom and my wife had a very bad experience with our local Honda dealer when she stopped in for a test drive. They basically told her she couldn't test drive unless she was ready to buy right then and there. I ended up contacting a few other Honda dealers online and found that Shingle Springs Honda was the most responsive and very friendly. They answered all my questions and never pressured us. They had a great selection and their pricing was very competitive. Overall the level of service was something I'd never experienced with a dealership and I will recommend all of my friends and family who are shopping for a vehicle to consider Shingle Springs Honda.

We bought a used car and asked them for a minor repair to be down since it was under warranty. They kept the car an extra day but did nothing. Poorly ran and managed. Will not return. They have numerous terrible service reviews and now I know why.

The ladies were nice enough. However, they were completly unaccomodating to an out of town buyer. They wouldn't process anything without me driving to see the vehicle. That was a problem as in my town there are none of the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price and none used. This dealership demanded I be there to even discuss buying options. They wanted me to drive the vehicle. I informed them I've driven it in my town I want it. Still No Help. Their response to me was let us know when the soonest you are available to drive down and we'll go from there, but you'd better hurry as this truck will most likely sell fast! I informed them I could not get down for a week because I live 2 hours away and work full time, she tried to tell me I had enough time to come after work!!! Hello I have kids and a family I can't take a 4 hour roud trip drive not including time at the dealership time at 4 in the afternoon and still get my daughter to bed and homework done! I was really shocked at the out of touch offer! I did find a dealership with the exact same vehicle that was out of state, same color same year, fewer miles and lower price who has already done all my financing and paperwork via phone and email. All I have to do is fly down and pick it up on the weekend! Way easier...Go to Anderson Toyota Scion Lake Havasu if you want good customer service and easy to deal with sales people!

I purchased my Honda Element from this dealer in 2006. What a great experience! I probably test drove 30 vehicles and the salesperson was patient and exerted no pressure. They had to order my vehicle and did so at no extra charge. I have since used this dealer for service and they are always educatme and answer all of my questions. I took an elderly neighbor to the same dealer for a used care purchase. She had been treated very disrespectfully by another dealer. Here, she was treated like a queen and not belittled for her questions and concerns.

did not buy from this honda dealership. But did test drive a used in stock subaru. staff, location were great.
