HORRIBLE customer service! Sold me my car with a broken part, said they would fix it and when it came time to fix it they reneged. I would not recommend! I even reached out to my salesman and of course I received no response. When they sent me to the Plainville location to have it fixed the staff there called and yelled at them for reneging on fixing the broken part. I am disgusted with them!

Got an oil change and rear wiper. The bill that I was presented was @$173. Was charged for items not requested or done. Charged $25 and $15 installation. It took him no more than 2 minutes to install. After using my $50 card I was still charged $93. A rip-off.

Avoid at all costs...
I do not even know where to begin with my review, the service here is horrible and the service representatives are rude and incompetent. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you out the door and if they don't get their way they tell you to go somewhere else. Not only was my loaner filthy and disgusting inside they left my car dirty from the mechanic that did the work and scratches everywhere. When brought to their attention they stated were not in the service of cleaning cars and are not responsible for any damage.

Horrendous service, avoid at all costs.
After the initial purchase which went well, this has been a horrendous experience from a dealer or any business for that matter. Besides issues with actual work being done and lack of communication, the service department has damaged my truck every single time it has been in service the past two years. Scratching and chipping paint on the exterior and damaging interior pieces of the vehicle. Every time brushing it off that they will just buff it out and point me on my way leaving the damage done and unfixable. All while explaining to me that when you service vehicles this happens and its normal. Even going to the general manager has not helped as he just pawns the problem off on incompetent workers in his service department. Avoid this dealer at all costs as they do not care about your personal property and apparently their reputation. This has been a nightmare experience that I am still dealing with 2 years later. They have wasted my time, my money and damaged my property beyond repair that they will not take responsibility for.

Brought my gladiator in for service on July 23rd. It's October 18th today, still waiting for it to be finished. 12 weeks and counting. Was told it would be ready 2 Fridays ago. Nope. Was told it would be ready last Friday. Nope. Was told I could actually pick it up today. Got to the dealership, Nope. Not ready. Was told they will deliver to my home by end of day today. They close in an hour. Not too hopeful. Communication sucks. Staff will tell you whatever they can to dismiss you as fast as possible. Rarely do they pick up the phone. Rarely do they return calls. I've had to involve jeep corporate to help get info for me. The dealership screens their calls too. Unbelievable way to do business. Well, here is to hoping I get my car delivered to my home tonight. After 12 weeks of this type of service, not holding my breath.

KNOW YOUR FACTS BEFORE TELLING THE CUSTOMER. LYING WILL ONLY GET YOU SO FAR. I was going to pay CASH PLUS a trade in but wanted to screw someone up. Made me DRIVE 2 HOURS AWAY to tell me the car was sold yesterday AFTER I spoke to them HOURS LATER that the car was available AND ON THE LOT. SMFH
