From the time I got there , Jerry came and spoke to us , gave his card and said if we saw anything we like just ask him about it and walked away! That was a great thing because I didn’t want someone to come pressure me just to make a sale !! Jerry and everyone else made us comfortable and welcoming!

Fair price, overall good customer service. Clean facility. However the buying process could use some improvement. I bought a minivan here and i was at the dealership for more than 4 hours. The extended warranty they sold me was $500 more than the bank could finance and they were trying to hike the car price to cover for the $500 that i decline because i cancelled the warrant i would have lost 500. Also my car happened to have a bad alternator a week after i bought it. I am not sure whether the dealership checks the charging system as part of their used car inspection. And for these reasons i would have given this dealership a 3.5 if that was an option. The sales person was real cool though.

I have had the pleasure of getting my thrid vehcile from your company.I have always been happy with my purchases. And I love the follow up calls after each of my purchases over the year of having the cars to ensure that I am not hearing any issue with the car. This is great to know they just don't sell me a car and forte about me. Its good to know that I am rembered. This don't happen at largue dealers ships, they sale me a car and I don't here from them again.

Overall good dealership. Bought a car here before it was inspected and they sticked to their word to do used car inspection and they put new rotors for me. My interest rate is fair as well. The only opportunity for improvement is on their extended warranties; they quoted me a price that the bank declined to fund and the finance team was trying to to hike the car price to cover for the difference. I decided to decline the warranty and the finance team started becoming pusshy and i did not appreciate that. I had already made up my mind that i wont pay more than the marked price to cover for the warranty. Also they only had 1 option, it would be better if they provide customers with more than 1 option to choose from

Experience with Ryan Pasdedn showing me many vehicles to Zach Luddle and Marcus Narajo in acquiring my financing and going through all my paperwork. Fair and honest on my trade in value and purchase on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I felt very comfortable at this dealership. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was polite and courteous...and if you visit other dealerships, you get pressured and this was not the case...Thanks for being “normal guys”...and not being text book salesman!
