Jim was professional and very accommodating to my many needs:) Great experience that I wish was quicker but not Jim's fault:) Definitely recommend and will return to Jim when I am ready for another new car!!

I gave one star to Peter Boulware Toyota only because I

I gave one star to Peter Boulware Toyota only because I couldn't give zero stars. The sales people lied to me multiple times, and on the day I was to pick up my new car they raised the price by $3,000 in a Bait and Switch maneuver. That killed the deal and I will never contact them again. Contact other dealers. I am going with Marianna Toyota.

My review is on the Service department.

My review is on the Service department. I carried my Lexus in because I had a leak floor mats were wet. After the misdiagnosis from the technician, a part in my car was damaged, and they had to order the replacement part. Well that took 3 weeks. I was notified the part arrived my vehicle would be ready for pick up the next day. I picked up my car and the original problem was not fixed which caused further damage now the insurance company is saying they have to total my car out because of the problem. Well long story short, it’s not all the misdiagnosis but when the body shop was evaluating the situation they found they didn’t replace the part with a new part they used zip ties to connect the old part in which they broke and said they would order a new one and replace. (The interior lamp sunroof control) So, I heard the words integrity and excellence in your commercial…. not so sure if I agree with that. I love Mr Moses, but after being a loyal customer for years I am disappointed and apprehensive. Thanks Just sharing. Blessings. Mrs Julia Wilson. Quincy Fl.

I want to thank TYLER in the collision center.

I want to thank TYLER in the collision center. I came in today afraid something might have to be painted. Instead….he was kind enough to fix the problem with a lot of “elbow grease” and quality time in solving my problem. Not only did he help me, he did it with an attitude that you don’t find much of any more. He was kind, considerate, and a pleasure to be around. Please make sure TYLER knows that although this kind of service is rare anymore, he was certainly appreciated by me and should be recognized!!

Cashed out my 401k to buy a vehicle for work.

Cashed out my 401k to buy a vehicle for work. They sold me a recall car and ghosted me. That was over $14k spent. High oressure sales tactics as well

Purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry from Peter Boulware where

Purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry from Peter Boulware where Clive and David were fantastic! 3 months later I returned to my first service and left due to long wait times. I went to our regular service to find I had two bald tires and needed work under the hood, $750. I have also had to purchase a key, $300. Spoke with Justin who was incredibly rude, argumentative, and unhelpful.
