I had been in contact with this dealership for several weeks, repeatedly told that the only damage on the vehicle was hail damage to the spoiler, which would be fixed. Since I was trading in a much newer vehicle and driving nearly two hours, I wanted to be sure of the car’s condition. When I finally arrived after some delays, I was shocked to find multiple issues that were not disclosed, including visible hail damage in other areas, a crooked steering wheel, a TPMS warning light, and a dead remote key fob. To make matters worse, the car wouldn’t even start when I got there, and it had to be jumped for me to test drive it. These were significant concerns, yet despite being courteous and kind in explaining my decision not to proceed, I was met with a frustrated look that made me feel uncomfortable. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and honesty upfront would have prevented this from being a complete waste of my time. I would advise being more transparent in future interactions.

It was great!! BUT my man was out of state and PROMISED (new owner GAVE HIS WORD) that if there was anything wrong he would make it right... that if anything was missed...he would take care of it. It's now July...over 6 months and he has still NEVER EVER called us back. And it's was just the brakes. A $300.00 job (we did) but this should have been checked before selling us the truck. I drove less than 200 miles before I had noticed it. My bad for trusting and not getting it ALL checked out before buying!!!!!.

This is a great place to by a car I absolutely think any one looking for a truck or a car Hoo motors is the place. When you go inside their office it feels like your at home the lady at the front desk is always happy

Couldn't get past the narcissist woman that runs the office. If you want a pleasant experience don't stop here. Way better places to buy vehicles than this over priced place!!

I really appreciated that we weren't attacked the moment we got out of our car. We were able to walk around the lot, get a general idea for what we were interested in. We stepped inside their quaint little office and discussed our situation. We were certain the truck we were interested in was way out of our league, but they made it happen. The only down side of our purchase was the check engine light was on in the "new" but used vehicle. They promptly took it to the neighborhood auto shop who diagnosed the etiology of the warning. The truck was still under warranty, so we were able to get it fixed without cost. We were however, without our new truck for 5 days while it was getting worked on. We knew this purchasing the truck. Now it is running great, no light on and we're in love! I would definitely go back, but certainly be cautious about warranty coverage in used vehicles (not just here, but any dealer selling used vehicles).
