They were easy to deal with as far as the purchase but

They were easy to deal with as far as the purchase but after that, they just forget about you. My title and key have been sitting at Barry road dealership and I bought the truck outright at platte city. 12 days later, the run around. Oh it here or it's coming from Barry rd and now, oh, he's off today( the one who handles that) ; and so I sit here forgotten or just put way on the back burner. This is poor customer service!!!!!

Saw a 2020 Ford Edge on Cars.

Saw a 2020 Ford Edge on Cars.com called Thoroughbred Ford dealership talked to Jeffrey Ferguson set up a test drive at my convenience. When I got to the dealership Jeffrey had the Edge warmed up ready to go! The buying process was hassle free. Jeffrey even took the time to sit in the car with me and show me how everything worked and got the Ford app downloaded on my phone so I can remote start my new Ford Edge from my phone! The entire process of buying my new car was VERY pleasant. Thankyou to Jeffrey for his impeccable knowledge of the car and his smiling personality Marybeth Golden

F150 oil change

Charged me $10 for a cabin air freshener I didn?t authorize that was nauseating and had to drive with windows open for two days to get smell out. Oil leaked out on garage floor after oil change. Evidently was tightened properly

Service - worst experience of my life.

Worst experience of my life. They do not care about people. My car breaks down and they diagnose the vehicle incorrectly. They charge $5000 for the repair, which is pretty darn close to the value of the vehicle, and say it's all fixed up. My car begins to have the same problems as before less than 30 minutes after picking it up and "they can do nothing for me because they fixed their diagnosis and cannot predict the future." The parts they replaced work great, unfortunately it didn't make my car run and they refuse to do anything to help unless I can pay $7000 for the new diagnosis. Honestly ridiculous. I didn't even mention the part about being dragged along for weeks as if they cared, acting like they wanted to help and were doing everything they could while my family struggles to make life work without the vehicle in hope they would DO SOMETHING! Or the fact that I was lied to so they could drag me along more when they already knew they were going to do nothing to help my family. Do not use the service here.

Trustworthy

Dean and his team do a great job, they do all the service work on both of my vehicles, from oil changes to new tires. Are very thorough when checking to ensure things are correct and I trust them, which they earned.
