Cameron my service tech the other day needs alot more training in listening to customers and following thru.. good thing he has Matt the service manager. Toyota Corprate are honestly the worst people I have ever tried to talk to when having a problem. Very , very disappointing. I might not buy a another Toyota just because Toyota corprate and the way they handled the problem with my truck and took months to fix. The made there dealership look bad. And had no resolution. They sold me a truck that they knew had a preexisting maintenance problem. I would of never bought the truck if I knew about the truck defect. The only thing that saved them was the dealership. And I had to put a lot of pressure on them at the time to get my brand new SR5 Tundra repaired. I waisted a lot of time , money and enery for something I should of never had to do when buying a brand new 60 thousand dollar vechicle.

From an on-line inquiry about a car I was interested in, arriving a few hours later, test driving the car, and closing the deal -- was the best car buying experience to date (5th car purchase in 30 years). I will certainly make the 3 hr drive from my home to Coggin to purchase my next car.

Jacob was very efficient. He explained everything to my satisfaction and answered my questions in a pleasant manner. I had left my phone in my car and he caught up with me before I left the lot. I was impressed with that!
