This was my first service. Dropped car off at about 7:30am. Though I was met with prompt attention, the rep was not overly friendly. Just doin his job I suppose. At the end of the day, upon picking up my car, I had to go in to find a service guy sitting behind the counter, again not overly friendly, but once my name was give he promptly had my car pulled around front. We wet outside to meet the car. I asked the rep about removal of a ding in my hood. He said "we don't do that." then recommended that I go see a collision place. No further help was given. When I purchased the car I purchased the additional Toyota care. This type of service was not what I had been sold at purchase time. Then like every sales person does, the service rep told me to expect a survey and that he only expects excellent on the survey. 1. If you demand excellent show me excellent service. 2. Please dont insinuate to me how I should fill out a customer survey.

I was asked several times about getting "additional" services and had to explain that I will be returning the leased vehicle in 2 months and did not need more work that was not warranted. I was also "looked over" by a cashier while he stood in front of me shuffling paper work that he didn't know what to do with instead of taking care of my bill and going back to the other. However, the biggest shock was, while driving on I-95 I realized that my HOOD WAS NOT CLOSED. THis is not a great thing to discover when you're in the middle of traffic going 80 mph.

Get a good size of inventory. People are friendly. Easy to negotiate but the price appears to be marked up moderately. Trade-in value is underestimated but they will match your carmax quote.

We went for the Comp 5000 mile service and was told that we would be there less than an hour (I asked because we had a very hungry 4 yr old child with us). We asked for instructions on how to install all weather mats, which they said they would gladly install for me. After over 2 hours, we had it finally done correctly. No one installed the mats at first, gave me another set of them and then no one could figure out how to do it. I was very upset and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. I also had to get on the road back to Tallahassee where we live. Not a good experience at all!!!!

My sales person was outstanding. I couldn't have been more pleased with him and I would recommend him to co-workers, family and friends. The experience with the dealership was not pleasant. I received an approval from Wells Fargo. After purchasing my vehicle I changed jobs to the exact same position at a competitor at a higher salary. I was told my approval was withdrawn. I offered to return the car but instead they decided to get my deal re-approved. I supplied current paystubs from my current employer. I was sent an e-mail that I was re-approved. I was asked for one more pay stub a week later and I supplied it and was told Wells Fargo would be calling me for an interview. I never received one piece of paper in the mail. I never heard anything in e-mail after this and over two months later I was told to bring the car back. Nobody communicated to me that your staff gave the wrong phone number to the Wells Fargo team. I understand these things happen but not two months later. I believe the law states you have ten days to rescind. I believe you broke the law and illegally took the car back. I will go elsewhere for my next car purchase. Because I am in the middle of closing on a house I am waiting until after closing and then I will go elsewhere.

Because everytime I come here they are very nice to me. I have been to others (Keith Pearson) and was not treated well. Ron ALWAYS has a friendly smile and jokes with me all the time and I can be a difficult person to deal with especially when it comes to spending money...

Service writer excellent. Called dealer and got price quote over phone for battery replacement. Invoice was higher than quote and had a charge for "shop supplies" listed at 7% of invoice.I regularly use Coggin for oil changes and am accustomed to this fee as a part of oil service ($2.00 or so). However, adding 7% to service invoices without prior disclosure is, in my opinion, unethical and is nothing more than a surcharge to increase profit. I would like to know what supplies cost $17.50 and are necessary to change a battery. Maybe you use disposable wrenches. Service writer adjusted invoice to quoted price and was very professional. I hope that in the future your company will consider ammending price structure as purchase decisions are made assuming a "bottom line" price.
