Took almost 2 hours to rotate tires, top off fluids, and do inspection. No place to sit. Snack bar attendant was in the back, not available to serve Ceiling lights were burned out Mens room was closed

First checkup.
Brought car in for scheduled first time checkup. Check-in was very easy. Personnel were very nice . My maintenance person, Emanuel or "Manny" was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made the whole process very easy. You are fortunate to have such an excellent employee. I will ask for him in the future. I loved the coffee service and had I known I could get breakfast there I would have waited to eat. I will recommend Coggin to friends and family as so far have had a good experience with both sales and service.

Great service, friendly people.
I did not have an appointment, but they took me right away. I was talking with a service advisor within minutes, and he understood exactly what I needed. I also asked about some Toyota accessories, and he gave me some great prices. I walked out with a printed list of recommended services for my Tacoma, but there was no pressure to have them done right away. I can now prioritize the repairs based on the level of importance and my budget. The courtesy inspection was free, and so was the coffee in the comfortable lounge. He even offered me a free car wash!

Service
The facilities are great. Went in for 60000 service, was advised that my tires were worn to the treat marker. I said ok for new tires. I was there from 2 P.M. to 5:10 P.M. Usually the car is washed when they finish their work, this time no car wash. I was surprised that it took over 3 hours to do this work.
