Busy dealer, appointment was easily scheduled online drop off was easy as well as pick up. The following day was washing the truck and noticed 2 tire valve stem covers missing, checked the other side and the stem covers were there but loose, very loose. Makes me wonder what other things were overlooked…

Carlos was very approachable and cooperative. He was service minded and we felt he was our advocate for the vehicle that he located and called us about. Although his hands were tied, the dealership should at least send you off with a full tank of gas. Carlos was terrific and made my daughters first car shopping experience a relatively pleasant one.

Service completed as requested, and new tires provide a comfortable ride. Look forward to my next visit.
