Sales Representative and Maintenance
Thank you to the team from Sales Representative, Nick, the men and women that checked me in, to men and women in caring for my car. Thank you for your special gifts in identifying the problem and solving it. My past experiences with other automotive shops I would have to return vehicle a couple of times before problem was corrected. Mercedes automotive team shown that they care about the customers safety and car performance. Thank you. As sales representatives, Nick is great with customer care. He checks in with step by step updates on your car. He gives the bottom line of how much it will cost for the service. He appears to maintain trust and integrity with customers. Truly appreciated. Harry did an excellent job in finding us the MB SUV we wanted. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Harry was polite, friendly and straight-forward. He deserves five stars. We were, however, surprised by MB of Cary after our deal with Harry was completed. That surprise was effort to promote various "add-ons" to the purchase price for items that we assumed would not be necessary when purchasing a luxury SUV from MB. Thus, the four stars for the dealership.

Exceptional Unplanned Service
My M-B suddenly shuddered along a highway until I stopped turning the engine off and on. Thankfully it ran. Immediately drove it to M-B of Cary Service. As an unplanned visit, my advisor, Heidi Coyle, immediately appeared asking how she could help. Advised her of the problem. She got it fixed at the time promised. Could not have expected any finer service from her - continuing her great service from many times before.

Delightful Experience Ahead
Whatever my car needs, it gets immediately!!! It`s a pleasure, not a necessary task, for the customer, BB. This is true because of the staff, which begins with Sabrina, my go-to miracle worker and Janet, my own shuttle driver, if needed, and ends with the others who make up the staff. Sabrina is always professional and efficient and I can depend on her to give me the sufficient information I need to make decisions. I can tell that she always knows what she is talking about and cares about her client!! The staff is visible and good vibes surround the inside as well as the outside area. I do wish that I could meet the reliable mechanics though. I would like the opportunity to say, thanks! It`s also nice to rely on the added amenities, which include the available magazines and the great variety of snacks. Oh, let`s include the ever present TV. Again, thanks!
