They are inept in the service dept.

They are inept in the service dept. Stating that the trim fell off on my car due to an accident maybe ? I didn’t come here for an opinion, came for a repair. The manager stated he likes to have arguments in his office with customers! Small guy small dealership, and was told they were short on techs too. Go to Autonation, worth the drive. I don’t appreciate my wife treated badly at any dealership. seen this other post as well! I’ve had plenty of experience with this dealership. Last year I replaced a condenser. Honda failed to put insulation around the new condenser replacement. I had over a year of issues figuring this out. There mechanics lack basic knowledge. Recently I went in for a tire change. They told me mold was in my car. I asked them to show me where. They couldn’t. I was discriminated and treated horribly by the staff. Including Luis, Manny. I called to tell the dealership. They gave me to the same dept to complain. Reiner. Very unprofessional and arguementive. If you want respect and your car worked on by people who actually know cars go somewhere else!

Manual was very helpful and explained things clearly. He and the dealership do not try to charge you for unnecessary repairs. I trust these people.

bad service

i made appointment for oil change. after about hour i ask the service why it was taking this long serviceman at the desk was very rude. he said if i did not like what they were doing i can go to jiffy lube. i don,t except that kind of wording from Honda dealership

Honda is worst place for any repair!

I’ve had plenty of experience with this dealership. Last year I replaced a condenser. Honda failed to put insulation around the new condenser replacement. I had over a year of issues figuring this out. There mechanics lack basic knowledge. Recently I went in for a tire change. They told me mold was in my car. I asked them to show me where. They couldn’t. I was discriminated and treated horribly by the staff. Including Luis, Manny. I called to tell the dealership. They gave me to the same dept to complain. Reiner. Great Service

When I dropped off the Civic for service at Yuba City Honda, I was greeted politely and with an enormous smile. Luis Ramirez shook my hand and introduced himself. He was very professional and prompt. The car was serviced quickly, and I was called early to pick up car. I would not hesitate to recommend Yuba City Honda.
