Leo was amazing start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure not only I received the specific car I wanted, but that it was for a fair price and let's not skip over the exceptional customer service and white glove experience! Cannot say enough great things about every single person in this building. I walked in with my father on an attempt to just see about a couple of suvs they had on the lot. Neffi greeted me within seconds. He was probably the kindest car sales man known to man. Never once was he sitting down and not paying attention to what me and my father were saying. We had an idea of a number in our heads and neffi literally worked with us and had everyone involved to make sure the deal happened. Eloy is a sales director onsite, wonderful and extremely helpful. Marc also was in management and made sure to come and sit down with us and talk us through the process. Oscar was the finance guy who made sure everything was perfected. All in all everyone that we came into contact with was 5 stars all around. This dealership is a breath of fresh air from your typical sleazy wanna be hustlers. When you work together anything is possible. Neffi, Oscar, Marc, Eloy, a million times thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

I love the vehicle but Mr. Ruiz and Ms. Noor were unprofessional. The manager was excellent and professional. The corporation was professional as well. I thank God I was able to purchase the vehicle.

Today I'm here with the Head of the Sales Department, Mr. Edward Carrasquillo. I've been a customer of his, since he started as a Sales Person at this Nissan Dealership. I returned after having test-driven Nissans between other Nissan. I've returned because I haven't found another salesperson like him, one who respects the customer, listens, and tries to get the customer to make the purchase, leaving with the car you want and paying what you want. I recommend him and I'm the best example that to make a good purchase and receive “the excepcional service” any customer deserves, come to Courtesy Nissan and ask for Mr. Edward Carrasquillo. Although he's now the Manager, he'll always be there for you.

We was practically stranded in Tampa, miles away from my home of residence and places are familiarity. My car had started to vibrate, and the dreaded check engine light had appeared. Doing a Google search, I found that this Nissan location was a mere 15 minutes away from where I was. We rattled into the service area Even though it was practically next to closing time on a Saturday, Hector our service agent was most gracious and squeezed us in., with a technician. They had us up and running less than an hour later, Even helping with some coupons to help with this very unexpected expense. I am truly grateful for such excellent customer service.

Very quick service, got in and out for oil change and 21 point inspection. Very courteous . They were extremely busy but managed to provide excellent service

This is the second time I've brought my Ariya to Courtesy, one routine and this last one for a tires. Both times Jerel was super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Matter of fact, everyone I speak/spoke to at Courtesy gives pretty much the same vibe. It's utterly refreshing. Makes it very easy to not only continue to choose Courtesy but to recommend them to other folks.

The process was the best experience I've ever had buying a car and Noor Pai was absolutely great to work with! 5 star experience!
