The car that I bought was in okay condition. When I test drove it there was a clunking noise. I really wanted the car so the dealer said they'd investigate and fix it. After I'd had the car for a couple of days the noise started again. The car had no warranty so I was stuck fixing the car. I would have preferred that the dealer told me the truth about what was wrong with it instead of lying about fixing it. The paint was also touched up on the car with a different shade of white so it looks tacky.

My family was recently looking for a very hard to find vehicle and found one at Dove Auto. We drove 3 hours to take a look at it. Our salesperson, Bob, did an outstanding job showing us the vehicle and didn't pressure us in any way to purchase the vehicle. After the test drive, we quickly negotiated an excellent price for the vehicle and I was driving it home that same day. We have since recommended this dealer to many of our friends and family who are also in the market for similar vehicles.

If you're looking for nice used cars, friendly and no-pressure sales staff, go to Dove Auto in Gretna, NE. They have 2 locations; one in town and one just off I-80 at the Gretna exit. They have quality, reasonably priced used vehicles that they inspect, service their vehicles. And they sell them to you with a full tank of gas! Great experience!

My Honda Civic was totaled in an accident, and I needed to find a new car quickly. I was really dreading the car buying experience, and I wasn't finding what I wanted at any of the larger dealerships in Omaha. I worked with Tom at Dove Auto, and he made the car-buying experience so easy and stress-free. I had a very specific budget in mind, and I really wanted another Honda. Tom helped me find exactly what I was looking for, at a great price! I really can't recommend them enough! I was really impressed with the quality of the cars on their lot. I love my new Honda Accord!

and I didn't think I'd find a real person but Bill was there "catching up" and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable answering my questions RE the Chrysler 300 I'd seen online. hE HAS CHECKED BACK WITH ME weekly since. When I return to NE in June, I look forward to meeting him in person and driving the 300 if it's still available. If not, I will look for a different car with his assistance.

I went to Dove Auto to purchase a used car which was to be my first purchase of a car on my own so the whole car-buying process was new to me. I never felt pressured or as if I was being scammed as I did at so many other car dealerships. My experience was a complete success and I ended up with a great Chevy Malibu that I love!

My husband and I needed a new car because we had just had another baby and had outgrown the car we were in. We came out to the lot and Denny, the owner, met with us and showed us several vehicles and talked through the pros and cons of each. We aren't car people so it was nice to be able to talk to someone who knew something without them trying to pressure you into buying "right this minute". When we did decide on a van, we had planned to go with our bank, because we figured it would be easiest but when we checked where rates and payments ect would be with their bank it was almost 2 points lower than it was with our bank that we had been with for 10 years!!
