We’ll never be back because of Blanca. I made an appointment for just an oil change and when my son got there she TOLD my son he NEEDED a tire rotation even though we recently had it done elsewhere. She wrote him up for it and had him sign. When I got there to pick him up I saw what she wrote on there and went to talk to her. She was rude and I ended up talking with the assistant manager who changed it to just the oil change as I had requested when I made the appointment. I as I driving home with my son he said he felt like he was tricked into signing that paperwork because of BLANCA. Needless to say we will never go back there again for service or to purchase a car.

Service department isn’t trustworthy. Suggested radiator service when I just had a brand new radiator put into my vehicle 3 months ago. Combine that with the fact that the prices for service are extremely high it’s only a place to get an oil change and move on.

Excellent Customer Service. Antonio Manzo (our salesperson), the BEST. We told him what we wanted, and he got it for us.

Excellent service. Everyone was hospitable and friendly. Process was was efficient. I was able to test drive vehicle. I was allowed to drive car home and they had Peter drive the BMW I traded in back to Toyota of Glendora for me. Very satisfied. My son bought two Toyota trucks from Toyota of Glendora and was very satisfied with the trucks.
