First car we test drove was junk; second we bought.

Found the truck of my dreams on cars.com. Truck was located at Prostige Imports. I went there to see it and test drive it. Initial impression when walking in to sales office was that the gentleman working in the front office was annoyed and had the "I'll get to you when I get to you" attitude. I drove the truck and loved it obviously. Me purchasing the truck was contingent on what I could get on a trade for my vehicle. Same gentelman advised me that while I was on a test drive, my trade in vehicle was appraised. He gave me the offer. It was insulting. While I understood the vehicle to trade had issues and was older with higher mileage, I also knew the offer was triple what I could get selling it on the street myself. I pleaded and tried to get more but was told it was a final offer. That he couldn't get any more, and that the owner/manager was not up to negotiating. Basically, he stood there and stared at me like why are you still standing here. I requested to speak to the manager. His name is Anthony. If it weren't from Anthony and the fact I loved the truck, I would have walked out based on how this deal started. Anthony was a stand up dude. Was understanding, sympathetic to the hoops my lender was making me jump through, and did his best to soften the deal so I could get the truck. My deal was unique as my lender made it a living xxxx for me. Prostiage however did their best to make it painless and simple. Last thing I would add is that my truck didn't come with a keyless entry fab even tho it was advertised to have one. They advised I could get one for $28 on Amazon and then go get it programmed. It was disappointing that they didn't do the right thing to just get it done. The vehicle was advertised as having it. If it's written that way, it should be sold that way. That's all I'm saying. All in all, because of Anthony and his genuine care and attention to detail. My experience ended up being average to good. The dealership has some beautiful vehicles. Time will tell how honest they are.

I have been going in to Prestige Imports to get service done and had always had a great experience. Today I went in search of a new car. Being my first time financing a car, they were extremely helpful. Garret made everything extremely easy. He explained all my options and went in detail on what my finance would entail while also providing me with an amazing rate for a first time car buyer. All in all I had a great experience and left with a great new car!

We stopped in the day after a major snowstorm and needless to say the staff had its' hands very full the day. Nevertheless they helped my wife and I in a very timely and helpful fashion. Garrett was the salesperson that we worked with. He was very down to earth, friendly, and not at all pushy. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Prestige to any of my friends are family when they're in the business of looking for a new car.
