Laurie Arndt was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. It was because of her that I decided to buy my Jeep from Kelly. My first experience with sales at Kelly was less than I expected for many reasons, though the root problem was the salesman. That was in 2011. But I decided to return to look at the red Jeep Wrangler on the lot though I had no intention of buying it there. But when I met Laurie I was pleasantly surprised. Her professionalism was top notch and she took time with me without being overbearing. I felt like I was dealing with an adult. So I purchased the Wrangler and am very happy with the overall experience. Also had a very good experience with the service department.

Took a little longer than expected, due to computer issues. Overall very nice, was offered water, soda, coffee. Laurie our salesperson was very helpful explaining what all the gadgets were and worked with us in getting a good deal.
