Worked with Shane. Very good customer service. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He is knowledgeable and helpful.

Service manager was very responsive. He also did a very good job of describing what was to be done ex ante and what was done ex post. Most importantly, I was very pleased with the outcome.

Took my 2023 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 to Tom Wood Porsche for it's 2 year/20,000 mile routine maintenance service last week and am Very Happy with the work and service provided. Owning this Porsche is a "dream-come-true" so my relationship with Tom Wood Porsche is important to me as it enhances the enjoyment of owning this amazing car. I'm always treated courteously and professionally by the Service Reps (Dakoda, Shane, and others) and am extremely confident in the advice they provide and the recommendations they make. In addition to the routine 2-year maintenance, I needed new brake pads and rotors. I 'track' the car at least 8 days a year so wasn't too surprised they were worn and ready to be replaced. Exceptional work. Really cool to talk with the mechanic when he's available. Building a rapport with everyone there has been awesome. You can 'feel it' that those who work there enjoy being with Porsche and take their jobs seriously. Despite being expensive cars, the money spent to maintain them, at least mine, has been very reasonable. About a year ago, I had some mis-firing spark plugs, they figured out the problem pronto, explained it, remedied it, and never charged me a cent. Under warranty. Cool as heck. If you can afford one of these amazing cars, I highly recommend buying it from Tom Wood Porsche. Great people to work with!
