Great service dept.
I have been a customer at this establishment for years and have utilized the service department many many times. These gentlemen have always been great ! Came in to see if they would look at my car and Joey Tuffly was so helpful ! He drove with me and explained to me why my car was doing what it was doing. Fortunatly, nothing was wrong. It makes me feel good to know I won't be taken advantage of just because I have no mechanical knowledge. They could have told me anything was wrong but didn't. He was very friendly , helpful and most of all HONEST. Great guys in the service dept. !

Service on my Chevy Cruise
My favorite Chevy place! Starting on trip from Lake Jackson last week, engine light came on in my not so old Chevy Cruise. Ask GPS for directions to closest Chevy dealer. Surprised n Thankful that y'all could fit me in on a Friday with no appointment. John in service dept. was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would rate this service dept. as the best, and will recommend Bayway to all my family n friends. Thank y'all for a pleasant experience.

This is the second truck I purchased from here. Our salesman was Christopher Ausmus he's a pleasure to work with. If he sees us When we drive by he alway recognizes us and waves. He's a great guy always makes us feel at home.

Bad experience. Waste of time.
Service department was unprofessional and did not complete my repairs. I never received a call letting me know the status. Eric, the service employee was nice when I took my car in but rude when he called to give me a status update. Bad experience overall.

Terry is AWESOME!!
My family went out to Strickland to look at a Ford Edge and on the way my daughter called to make sure the vehicle was still available and Terry told my daughter he would be ready with the keys in hand when we got there. When we arrived Terry was already in the vehicle waiting on us. He should us the vehicle and we went to test drive it. We decided to purchased the Ford Edge and Terry was so upbeat and made the process so easy for us. We loved his personality. He is definitely the best salesman we have ever dealt with and we definitely will be coming back!! Thank you Terry!!

The staff was so very helpful and knowledgable. Joey was my service provider and kept me informed as soon as something took place with my car. I bought my car at Strickland and have always come back to have all of my work done there because they welcome me with a smile and good service!

My salesperson, Michael Hundley, was outstanding! I've had extremely bad salespeople from other dealerships in the past and this was a completely different experience. He's extremely knowledgeable and was always there to answer questions. I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle at Stricklands and especially with Michael.

Great service, ehhh product
Working with, and dealing with Strickland is always great. This time, though, they could not determine the issue with my year old, 25000 mile vehicle. This is the SECOND service tow-in I've had for the exact same issue. My 2010 had this same issue as well. You'd think that from 2010 to 2015 Chevy would fix problems that are obviously recurring (you can find a TON of these issues on google message boards).
