Friendly place!

My wife and I have now purchased 3 cars and a truck for my business from Luke over the last 6 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars themselves, but also about financing which lends peace of mind to what can be a stressful process. Great experience and we'll be back (hopefully not for a few years :)) for #5!

Found a good used car in my price range.

Friendly sales people, knowledgeable and caring. They work hard to make sure you are pleased with the deal. Highly recommend this facility for buying a used car.

Easy purchase!!

I purchased my Mercury Mariner with a trade in - When I first contacted Cols Auto Source, I spoke with Luke Spencer and explained that I needed an SUV and had a trade in. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted within about two weeks. It needed a paint touch up over one wheel well, and they took care of that also. The financing went flawlessly and was easy. I have also used the service center - equally good results. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Excellent customer service!

If anyone ever goes here ask for Luke. Yes he may talk just a bit much but he's is great. He's constantly explains everything, so you understand what's going on. He did an excellent job getting me the SUV I wanted and the payment I could work with. It took some time but he was able to make it work.

You should visit Andy Christiansen for a unparalleled buying experience. He will customize every detail you may have in buying a car. You tell him the make, model, color & miles. He will tell you if your expectations are inline with his knowledge of the market. Andy is not a transactional salesperson he is out to build lifelong clients. One can expect to save on average $2k to $3k buying from him. Make him your one stop when buying a car. You won't regret it. You will save valuable time & money buying from him.

Awful!!!!

Terrible customer service! We called twice before driving three hours to go look at the car. We get there the car is gone it should be back in 20... 30 minutes later the sales person comes out and tells me that the guy driving it is selling the car. COULD NOT EVEN HOLD THE CAR FOR US TO SEE.

Andy is the guy

Andy is the guy who has found me cars for the past 15 years. When I need a car I call him and ask him to start a search for a "good car". He has an amazing ability to read my mind and fill in all the blanks for all those things that are important when making an important decision. He is up front about every detail and tells me to be patient while he researches every possibility. He acts as a buyer's agent and has found many cars for me and my family and all of them have been "good cars" without exception. Andy is our family car guy and removes the fear from buying a car. I would not consider buying a car any other way or from any other person.
