New service facility is top notch.

First, I am greeted with a smile. The Service Reps. listen to all problems and explain what might be causing them. If any work needs to be done (besides what the vehicle was brought in for) the Service Rep. brings this to your attention and will not proceed without your permission. I have always been very pleased with any work done on my vehicle. It's even better now that I get my vehicle washed as well. I would highly recommend Kia vehicles and Kia Service to all my friends.

Very pleased with my recent purchase

I was so happy when Jim took over and went over all the goodies this car has to offer. He explained so many things that I did not know even existed on the Soul. I owned my Kia Sorento for 10 years and am now happy to be driving a Kia again.

Had my initial 5,000 mile service done. In addition it was noted that a recall was checked and in good condition. The waiting are was very nice.

Maintenance

Unlike my last visit with I believe his name was Tim. . Jason was amazing helpful, kind and treated me with respect!! Because of Jason I will be back more often! I would him to know how much I appreciated him.

Great service, nice facilities, clean

Staff is very friendly. While I was waiting a salesman chatted briefly; several walked through and smiled. The service was done in the amount of time they said it would take. He explained the work that was done and that I should be aware brake pads are getting low. All staff was friendly and helpful

Quick, cheerful and the works done right

Quick,cheerful,done right, nice waiting area with good coffee and a remote so I'm not stuck with bad TV and even a deck of cards.
