Terrible Experience

Went to review a car here. First the sale rep lied about the price, quoted way over list price. I guess he saw 2 women & thought he'd get over. When we got the key to test the car wouldn't even start. In the end the car was dud that barely made it through the test drive. The salesman was completely rude & never tried to assist me after.

A dealership that goes the extra mile

After looking around and getting denied a loan. I found 3 cars within my price range on The Usedcar Superstore website. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Salesman Greg Gallagher. I let him know what I was looking for, and he got me all 3 keys to take a look at the cars. After picking the car I was interested, he was able to provide me with some more info about the car, after hearing the price I told him that the issue was my credit. After that Greg and Manager Brian Gnutek made a few phone calls and got me a loan that exceeded my expectations. They got me the years I wanted and the loan was 10 dollars less than what I would consider my best case scenario, 50 dollars less that what I would just assume it would be. I really appreciate what they did for me. I am very happy with car, regardless of the loan, but with the loan, it was an absolute win.

Changed pricing on car

found car on internet. Went to see car. Sales person couldn't locate car. Call me back in the am and stated they found car. Looked at car, loved car. I was buying for my son. Started paperwork and was told a completely different price. Supposed the additional mechanical work was done the day before and they have right to change pricing. I drove an hours twice to see this car. I had the printed listing. They wouldnt honor. I am so so so upset, because I really wanted that car for my son. Now I have start all over again. xxxxty way of doing business. Mannie the salesman was nice. It was, I assume the people above him that wouldnt honor the price initially given to me.

Totally satisfied.....

In my search for a car, I dealt with three separate dealers. After looking at vehicle(s) at the first two, there was absolutely no followup re another car. Mani at the Used Car Superstore was the only one of the three who clued into what I was looking for and called my back - once to look at two other cars...and then again with three good choices to choose from, drove all three and found "the One". It was a good experience and the credit goes to Mani Lozano. When I buy anything, I read reviews. I noted several disgruntled car buyer reviews for the Superstore, however buying a car - new or used - is a partnership with responsibilites on both sides. Ultimately no salesman beats you over the head or makes the final decision for you when you buy ANYTHING. New cars come with a warranty; purchase a used car it's up to you to assure its longevity by either taking it to a mechanic before finalizing a deal or picking up a warranty to cover any eventualities. Bottom line, take responsibility for your decisions...and, if you're in the market for a newer car....hurry up. Mani plans on retiring soon.

Awesome Customer Service

I recently purchased a used Buick Lucerne from the Used Car Superstore. It was a great experience in every way! Scott and Julie took great care of me from the very beginning, they never made me feel pressured, and we're all around an absolute pleasure to interact with. They treated me like a friend, not just another customer. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

The place to go for a used car!

I recently purchased a used Saturn from the Used Car Superstore and couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff is fantastic -- especially the Manager, Mike Korallus. He was extremely friendly, and made sure I was happy with the deal and my new car! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a used car for a fair price. Thanks again for everything!!

Easy Transaction, Great Car!

I bought a 2004 Honda Accord last October and it is running excellent. Very knowledgeable staff at UCSS. Greg was my salesperson and walked me through the whole process including getting me affordable payments at a great rate. No pressure or sales pitch, went smooth. I will be back

Great Customer Service

Both Ron Garibaldi and Flint Turner were extremely professional and friendly during the whole buying experience. Ron even stayed late for me on Christmas Eve in order to make sure that I was able to drive home with my new preowned car which was in better than expected in condition. I really appreciate their help in finding the best car for me and doing it in a pressure-free manner. Thank you Ron and Flint!

Very helpful and friendly

I had a fantastic car buying experience. Ron Garibaldi was so helpful and very friendly. He went out of his way to get the right deal on the car I was looking at. I did not feel pressured at all. I was greeted as soon as I arrived to the dealership by Ron. The dealership was clean and very well organized, a large lot with a good selection of cars. I would recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone looking for a great used car buying experience.

Very Good Experience

We had a very good experience here. We were looking for a car for my granddaughter and found several. Julie Ko was an excellent sales help for us. The service was excellent and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you for making this process easy.
