It was a pleasure to also find a Dealership who listens...

It was a pleasure to also find a Dealership who listens to what is important to a customer and makes it happen. Chris Cocco was also very helpful in this regard. Riley OBrien was very patient, knowledgeable , and sincere in answering our questions. Also, you were kind enough to give us some space when we needed to do our own checking of the vehicle. We agreed to a price and were still presented with a lower price!!!

This was the first time I ever bought a car on line....

This was the first time I ever bought a car on line. Your salesman Andy was extremely helpful. I'm 74 and really do not like or understand a computer. Andy made it a pleasure and easy to buy the Truck that I wanted and could not find in Gainesville. He is a Wizard, compliments to him.( buying a Truck was easier then filling out His review )

Your service department has come a long way, the oil...

Your service department has come a long way, the oil change took only a hour. The last time we were there 3 hours! Thank you . We almost went somewhere else, glad we didn’t!

Charlotte Doyan was great to work with.

Charlotte Doyan was super great really felt like she cared. I would reccomend this dealership because of how helpful she was. I did not feel rushed in any way.

They are a very friendly and outstanding dealership thinking of the customers wishes. They come to my home and pick up my Lincoln, perform the services I requested, leave me a loaner and return my car when finished

Found a vehicle online under Gary Yeomans Ford -...

Found a vehicle online under Gary Yeomans Ford - contacted them on Thursday. Stopped by Friday and talked to the salesman found out the vehicle was in Naples - he said he could get it here said if I did not like it I could walk away. Asked for a $500.00 deposit to secure it. Said it would be here Monday night and would get Tuesday. Called Tuesday still no vehicle. Told them to cancel the deal and they will not give me back my deposit. I have not even driven or seen the car. was told they had money in it so tough luck to me. Vehicle should have never been on their website if it was not their vehicle. Be careful dealing with this dealership

Great first car purchase experience

This was my first car purchase and I had an amazing experience! I bought a 2017 Ford Focus I absolutely love! Owen was very knowledgeable, did not waste my time, asked me for my budget first thing to make sure whatever he showed me I could afford, and answered any questions I had with ease. Brian also was a big help with my financing and took his time to explain the payment process since I was very unfamiliar with car loans. The finance manager was additionally very helpful as well giving me an accurate quote estimate, providing me with payment options, and answering all question. I would highly recommend purchasing from Gary Yeomans Ford, especially for your first car. They really listen to you.
