Billy Budd and Pat in finance (commercial truck div) are an amazing team. Always 100% for me whenever I go there and I have bought over ten vehicles through them so far and the same reasons I keep going back. Pat, even with his health issues gives it his all ever time getting me the best in financing. Billy always trying to find me exactly what I want and when I don’t get even for my trade or I need them to come down on their price he always goes to bat for me.

KING OF THE BEAST
Great experience buying our new truck. AKA the White Lion, because she roars!!!! Our salesman John Ostuw really knew his stuff when it came to trucks. He was friendly, took his time with us, and also helped us get a great deal. It turns out John is a captain and knows just as much about fishing as he does trucks. GREAT GUY !!! I usually don’t write reviews but this guy deserves your business.

Make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving
Make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving with your new vehicle. They show no urgency or much care to convenience you after, even when they cause the damage at the dealership at time of delivery. Satisfaction once you leave is not their top priority. After waiting 11 months I got the call my 2022 Bronco Wildtrack was finally there, on December 7th. I test drove and looked the Bronco over and it was perfect!! I went to the finance office and the Bronco went for detailing. After closing the deal I came out to find their detail folks had scratched the hood decal, ugh! They said it was a residue from detailing......but they could not remove it....it was scratched. Of course they said they would take care of it and I asked for something in writing....they said it wasn't necessary, they would be in touch the next day. Luckily I took a picture of the sales manager and the sales person trying to rub out the scratch. I heard nothing until day 5, I received a call from their customer satisfaction member asking why I hadn't completed the experience survey. He knew nothing about the incident and I told him I would reserve my survey/comments until the situation was satisfied.Then the ball starts rolling, new decal is ordered. December 20th, decal arrives and the soonest they can install is 4 weeks out on January 24th. Seems like a long time to put on a sticker, but I wait patiently. I drop the vehicle off on my appointment a Tuesday, a couple hours later I get a call that they can't install it until Friday. I asked the service person what they could do to help me out, my wife can't take another morning off work to pick me up after dropping off and I can't wait for the shuttle to get me back. He said I can leave it through Friday...then how do I to commute without a car for three days? I pick-up the Bronco and call again next day to explain I can't arrange getting the vehicle there again with a direct ride back to my office......they could care less and offered nothing besides their shuttle that runs on their schedule and makes other stops. I reached out to the salesperson, maybe they could arrange a loaner or demo or give me a ride.....not even a call or text back!! This is just bad business. Now the purchase survey has expired and I can't leave a rating.....maybe that's why they could careless. Lesson learned! I strongly feel they can do better when they caused the damaged, then could not repair on the appointment they made 4 weeks in advance. I don't expect something crazy like a new vehicle, just some consideration of convince since they failed to deliver, twice.
