They had my car for 8 days, admittedly over Labor Day

They had my car for 8 days, admittedly over Labor Day wknd. Dropped it off Monday 8/25 for 8am 8/26 appt. Didn't hear back until Supervisor called on Saturday 8/30 and said I had to buy a battery before they could run diagnostics. Battery was fine when I dropped it off. Brought in new battery for $220 on 9/2, because I wasn't paying $450 to buy one from them. Got it back on 9/2, 8 days later. Very frustrating. I called 3 or 4 times with no luck.

I went to see what they had on the car lot and saw cars I liked they worked to get me into a car I liked. I am happy with y purchase.

Jennifer was great...went above and beyond...she was very knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my situation...stayed in touch throughout the entire process, until my truck was done...would not hesitate to go back to her again for service

Had an appointment scheduled for 8:15am.

Had an appointment scheduled for 8:15am. Vehicle sat outside for 2 hours. When I inquired about why it wasn?t taken in the back I was told it will be a while they were backed up. When I told them to give me the part I would pay for the part and put it on myself. All of a sudden they were ready to pull it in the back for service. Repairs were made and the vehicle was brought back and parked. I waited 30 minutes and no one came and got me. I asked a service personal about the status and they said oh Jennifer is your consultant she left to go to her kids orientation.

My visit at Dale Earnhardt JR Buick GMC with Advisor Denise was a nice experience. Denise was very professional and knowledgeable. Denise took the time going over the paperwork with me and explained everything to me. I've purchased 3 vehicles at Dale Earnhardt JR Buick GMC in Tallahassee, Fl and because of another advisor I had became very skeptical about returning. After seeing Denise I no longer feel that way. Thank you Denise for making my service visit a very positive experience. I will return to GMC.
