I have been a customer that has been loyal to this

I have been a customer that has been loyal to this dealership for over 11 years. I could easily go to Montgomery but wouldn't even consider it given my experience with Mercedes of Columbus over the years. They always go the extra mile(s) to come to Auburn to get our cars for servicing which is why we have four Mercedes vehicles with them. Purchasing is never a hassle and mostly done via phone. Absolutley love Merceds of Columbus and Evelyn has always provided a great experience as well.

After expressing some concerns about my last visit to the

After expressing some concerns about my last visit to the dealership, Haly and the service department went over and beyond my expectations. I was provided a loaner vehicle to travel out of town for Thanksgiving. Robert in the service department went the extra mile and provided the warranty company all of my oil changes that I had located in my glove compartment. He continued to advocate on my behalf and the warranty company paid for the repairs. The cold start noise and skipping are now gone. Thank you Rick Garcia

Purchasing my first vehicle at the age of 16, raising 4

Purchasing my first vehicle at the age of 16, raising 4 kids and owing a business, I have purchased many, many vehicles over the past many years. If this transaction with Evelyn was not the best, it was equal to the best. Professional, efficient, hardworking and of pleasant personality, she neither pestered (which some do) nor acted like we were bothering her (which some do). I'd like to also commend Mike (sorry, missed his last name) who delivered the vehicle to us. Very professional and friendly. Having someone such as Evelyn and Mike on their team reflects well on the management of Mercedes Benz of Columbia.
