Northwest Hills

Was looking for Yr. old Taurus or Lacross. Found to be out of my Price range. Vin introduced me to the the 2016 Accord, walked me through the deal and I now own it. I had no intention of buying other than a Ford as the last 7 cars I had were fords, (6 Taurus and 1 Sable). I went to NW Hills because my brother in law just got a Lacross which I liked. I still can't believe that I now own a Honda Accord.

Vin was great! My dad previously worked with him about a year ago and purchased a new car through northwest hills Andy had a great experience so I figured why not see so for myself. I purchase a 2016 Cruze and love everything about it. I always planned on my first car I purchased being a Cruze and this one exceeded my expectations. I was in the service department Monday getting my car worked on and while I was waiting decided to look around and spotted my now new car parked out front. I was able to look and see everything about it and fell in love. Within hour I was called back by vin and given numbers and ended up going back and taking it for a test drive. Once I pulled back into the parking lot I was sold and knew this would be my first new car purchase. Two days later I drove off in my fabulous new car!! My buying experience was very easy and I left a very happy customer. I would recommend northwesthills to anyone and I definitely will be going back in the future.

This was our first new car purchase, and we could not be more estatic! From the first time we stepped into Sullivans Northwest Hills Chevrolet, to the third visit when we drove off the lot in our 2017 Chevrolet Cruz, we felt appreciated. The salesman TJ Fitzpatrick, was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the cars. He went above and beyond to help us out, get exactly what we were looking for. I would absolutely refer Mr. Fitzpatrick, and this dealership to all of my friends and family, whenever any of them are looking for a vehicle!

After visiting 4 other dealerships and being in contact with 10+, I bought a truck from Sullivens. Vin was straight forward and honest from the beginning. He didn't try to talk me in circles. The price they advertised was an actual price, that they honored. He didn't nickel and dime me, and even managed to further reduce it by 60 some odd bucks, and went and had the gas tank filled, when he didn't have to do so to make the sale. When I had questions, even though he probably knew the answer, he always went to verify with the appropriate person/department. Emails and calls were returned very promptly. Darren was also great to work with. Got me in and out. Overall great experience.

I had a good experience at Northwest Hills when I purchased my 2013 GMC Terrain. The car was trouble free since purchase, and the Service Department was great too deal with for the routine maintenance . So when needing a new car I decided to just have Vin sell me the 2017 version of the Terrain. There was no nonsense involved. He looked up my available rebates and discounts, gave me a price, and we were done. Then he took care of all the details, and I was able to pick up the care a few days later. It would have been even sooner except for a huge snow storm that shut down my bank for the day.

Excellent experience for my first time purchasing a new car. I bought a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu that ended up being nearly $9,000 below MSRP....this dealership clearly offers great pricing and incentives. Vin was very flexible with test driving the car and was very attentive to customer service. All employees were very knowledgeable and willing to help out in sales and financing. This was definitely an A+ experience all-around!

We were originally looking at a new Grand Cherokee Summit with salesman Vin. We left the dealership to do some shopping around.
