Zach Panek at Brandon Reeves helped me acquire a vehicle

Zach Panek at Brandon Reeves helped me acquire a vehicle for my 19 year old son. As this is his first car, there was an opportunity to make a big difference and Zach truly did. He was very prompt and provided excellent communication which was essential as we live in Florida. He also arranged to have someone meet my son at the airport in his new car to pick him up which was very helpful. My son had a very easy time at the dealership and everything was buttoned up without delay enabling him to drive home that same day. Our family couldn't be happier with the service and support we received. Five well earned stars!

Everything started great.

Everything started great. I found the car online, spoke to Tammy, and set up an appointment to drive from out of town to take a look at the car. When I got there, I was rushed through my test drive. And then I was pretty much rushed out of the dealership. I spent the weekend with the car, and had some serious concerns. All of the rims were messed up, the maintenance light was on, the remote start didn't work, among other things. When I reach out with my concerns, I was pretty much stonewalled. And then when I inquired about returning the car, they kept telling me it was going to mess up my credit. I would much rather have a blip on my credit report then be stuck with this car for the next few years. I reached out to them several times, and again got stonewalled. I'm working with the bank to try to fix this, because the dealership has done nothing to help me fix my concerns with the car. It's alarming when you ask somebody to add a little faith, in the form of a warranty, to a major purchase. Especially when they say they stand behind it. But, in all honesty, it seems like they were just ready to take advantage of me

I was upset because the saleswoman was supposed to answer

I was upset because the saleswoman was supposed to answer a question for me that day, but never got back with me. I called the dealership the next day and they told me they had sold the car. I was very much interested in the vehicle and wish I had the opportunity to be the buyer.

2017 F250 buyer. Superb purchasing experience.

Zach was our salesman and showed us both trucks we were interested in. He did not pressure us into buying something we did not want. The purchasing process was much better than any other dealer I had dealt with in the past. Hats off to Rodney as well. Real down to earth folks. I would consider doing business with them again.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever said the used truck i wanted had to many miles to finance ! Truck only had 118000 miles on never herd of such !!! Sales guy Dougie was a scatter brain and not very professional at all
