Auto Quest

We bought a RX350 from Zach in June. After driving it for a couple of months a few little imperfections became one very big annoyance and we were no longer happy with the vehicle. I talked with Zach about it and I feel he went out his way to make things right as he allowed us to bring back the car for a full trade in on another vehicle. This vehicle we are happy with. Buying a vehicle can be stressful as braving the traffic in Seattle but the team at Autoquest made it a positive one in the end.

I never thought I?d be writing a positive review about a car dealership, but after experiencing my second hassle-free experience with Auto Quest, I just can?t hold off sharing with potential customers just how much fun the purchasing process can be if you are working with the right dealership. Three years ago my wife and I purchased a 2008 Lexus RX350 from Auto Quest. The vehicle has been so good that we wanted to purchase another used Lexus RX350. Our initial experience with AutoQuest was so positive that we started our search with them. After visiting their showroom (which is jamb packed with quality used luxury cars) and test driving a vehicle that met our criteria, we spent an intense day visiting other dealerships to see if we could do any better. That was a waste of time. Next time we purchase a vehicle we will go directly to Auto Quest. Auto Quest just plain knows how to buy and how to price the vehicles they have in their showroom.

I would recommend my friends & relatives and whoever reading my review to shop at Auto Quest. Recently me and my wife bough a 2011 Lexus RX350 there. We arrived to this dealer around 5 pm and checked out a bunch of luxury cars and SUVs, we're surprise that there nobody around it felt like our own home. Finally we found a car that we want but did not know where the sell man is. So we start heading out side the building than Bob the sell man came and greeting us. We felt like no pushing and hashall free. Auto Quest provided us a very good customer service and professional. Especially Bob has a lot of patients to dealing with us through out the processes, he event offer us if we has any question fell free to call him after we are leaving the dealer. Autoquest is a gem in the middle of Georgetown. Don't judge this place from the outside, but from the massive inventory indoors. The selection and quality of their vehicles were spectacular. Louis, my car guy, made me feel special throughout the entire process. I came in at around 11am on a Saturday, saw the Lexus 400h SUV, test drove it, bought a Latte at a Starbucks drive through, and then finally bought the vehicle. Louis even hooked me up with a new car insurance. The whole process took less than 3 hours. I'm lovin my Lexus SUV. Go see Louis, he's got the hookup!

Auto Quest is an amazing place. I had almost given up on looking for a new car when i found this place. The people are friendly and the environment is relaxing, unlike other dealerships I had been to. They were able to help me get the I wanted and for a price/rate I could afford. I recommend Auto Quest to all my friends and anyone out there looking for a new vehicle.

I have bought many cars and this has been the best experience I have ever had. I initially went there because Katie Buser who I know and works there mentioned that they had an Acura MDX. I had been looking for a used one but had not been impressed with the places I had seen. It was perfect, I got a great deal for my trade in and Craig and Katie arranged everything seemlessly. I don't do well with long waits and people who try to convince me to buy things. Nothing like that. No pressure at all. They answered questions, had a great showroom and were very knowledgeable. I will go there again in a heart beat! Very honest.

AutoQuest is a great dealership, period. Going to their show floor is like going to a car museum. The place is very clean, the salesmen (in my case Louie) are very professional and knowledgeable. Any question I had, even if it was a car I wasn?t going to buy, they were there with the right answer. As a car aficionado, this place is just what I was looking for, amazing cars in amazing condition with a knowledgeable staff. As a car buyer, the experience was equally amazing. After I was done looking at the cars that I wanted (drool included) I went to the cars that I NEEDED. They had everything to choose from. We ended up with a beautiful, creme puff of an ?05 Honda Pilot that was fully loaded with every option. The buying process was quick and easy, the terms were very reasonable and they explained every step of the process in great detail. If you?re in the market for a great car at a reasonable price with great terms, look no further. AutoQuest is all you?re going to need. One more thing...don?t listen to the naysayers on these pages...there are TWO sides to every story! (You know who you are!)

My wife and I finally decided that it was time to get her into a bigger car. In our home,the "time for a new car" discussion is always fun. In researching cars, we decided that the Lexus RX400h is the perfect model. Now...where can we find one!? I took my mission to the vast internet and found several used RX400s, at various dealers in the greater Seattle area. My wife, being oh so inquisitive, started calling around to dealerships and found Craig Ludy at Auto Quest. Instantly, we felt as though we FINALLY found someone who knew what he was talking about. He went out of his way to provide information on each of the cars we were looking at, and without malice or ill will, gave us the information necessary to keep us from pursuing any of those on our list at other locations. We set an appointment for 10am on Sunday (by the way, Auto Quest doesn't open till 11am Sundays) and Doug Seguin was willing to come in an hour early to help us. This is where it gets fun for us. Typically, when we are at a dealership, we always find that we are second-rate because of our past credit history. We all make mistakes, right? While I was dreading that conversation, Doug actually made this about us, getting the right deal, and not about his commission. He explained in detail why we had challenges other than the known credit issues. He provided us with detailed information and set realistic expectations. He admitted it would take some work, and he would let us know Monday what he found. We left Auto Quest without feeling defeated, but felt positive and educated. Monday came, and Doug called with good news. He worked his tail off to get us a deal that works for our situation, without asking for our first born. We picked the car up this morning, and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that I will never purchase a car from anywhere else. The staff at Auto Quest is friendly, kind, and exemplify customer service.
