Seamless is best word to describe.

Seamless is best word to describe. Had to drop off car and then go out of town for a few days. They made sure car was ready for me when I returned. Also when I came back it was raining hard. They were nice enough to bring my car to me under the shelter and loaded my suitcases into truck for me. Tom Ellis is an amazing service employee and he even remembered and asked me how my trip was when I returned. Love the personal touches.

I have been dealing with Daniel Gomez over the past

I have been dealing with Daniel Gomez over the past several years and he always does his best to help resolve my issues. He always takes the time to try to understand the problem so we can get it corrected in a timely manner. One other aspect to Modern Nissan is I do feel they have a great service team.

The dealership attendant was polite and friendly. I loved the fact that the waiting room was clean and it was design for customers to see the mechanic work on your car. With that said the mechanic was very thorough.

Friendly employees.

Friendly employees. They were all so nice and washed my embarrassingly dirty car! I liked being greeted at my car upon arrival. The previous dealership I used when I worked in Statesville NC wouldn't even acknowledge you until you went in the building. Never washed the car either. It's those little things I tell people about- it makes a difference. Thank you for doing that.
