No hassel what so ever! For most that would be great but I do love to haggle over the price. I have to admit though the price was great and I didn't have any reason to haggle especially with the fair and generous trade in amount for my car! Next car purchase will be from Donohoo! They were also honest and upfront no hidden papers or reports. The only downside was as I was trying to transfer a carseat and wrangle a two year old in the pouring rain nobody offered to help or hold an umbrella. And when I say pouring I looked as if I had showered in my clothes. Oh well no experience can be perfect.

Over-all, I had a very good experience working with this dealership especially my sales lead Marcus, and the Donohoo service manger, Jimmy. From the begining, Marcus, did a good job describing the buying process and when the car was found to need new tires, he and Jimmy worked to provide an acceptable solution. Very helpfull team and willing to work with you. Would look to purchase from Donohoo in the future.

We loved this car buying experience, we will definitely be back! Will recommend to everyone! It was so fast, I called and they put my car on hold until we could buy it, then they had it all clean and full of gas when we picked it up.

Shopping at Donohoo was the simplest, most laid back car shopping experience I've had. You actually just tell the receptionist what cars you want to test drive, and they bring them up for you to take out on your own. The salespeople don't really even get involved unless you want them to- which I loved- there was no pressure at all. I was able to take the car I wanted off the lot for several hours to my own mechanic to get inspected. Donohoo easily agreed to take care of a couple minor service issues suggested by my mechanic. In my opinion, the experience at Donohoo was very efficient, relaxed, and straight forward. My husband is planning on going there for his next car, and that says a lot!

I was in the market for my first vehicle and i had done extensive research and checked hundreds if not thousands of prices on a very diverse range of vehicles. I was completely shocked when, as it turned out, Donohoo had every competitiors price beaten by a large margin. Further research showed me that donohoo had over 600 vehicles in stock and sooked to be a top notch dealership so i assumed they wouldnt give me the time of day since i had no credit history. Boy I was wrong. They dont care if you walk in there wearin a 3 peice suit or blue jeans and workboots (as i did). They treated me with respect and were not even the slightest bit pushy. There was a BMW 335i that was recently bought back by the manufacturer in accordance with the lemon laws of Cali. When reading the carfax (free of charge) i learnt of the entire maintenance history which consisted of 3 common problems reported by that particular make/model. While this may scare away some buyers it seemed like a steal since it was priced considerably below nada. The price was so fair that i couldnt even bring myself to haggle em down. I left that afternoon after a talk with a salesman and submitted my finance application through their website. The next morning I called and found out that i was approved and set an appointment to come and sign the paperwork that evening. In and out in about an hour. Car has been almost 10k miles in the 3 months since purchase and is still running like new. The additional AUL extended warranty was also financed into my payments and the car is now covered until 150k or 5 years from my purchase so now i can rest assured that i am in good hands. If your looking for a car, go with Donohoo. You will not regret it.

I would highly recommend DonohooAuto to anyone in the market for a used car. The staff is extremely welcoming from the very beginning and is not pushy at all. It was so nice to be able to walk around the parking lot and survey all the cars and narrow down my options without being hassled by a salesman. David was a huge help and providing me with the vehicle I wanted. He was patient even when I was being picky. The whole sales process was extremely smooth and went over without any kinks. Overall, my experience at DonohooAuto is one that I would likely repeat in the future as well as recommend to my friends.

1st of all..Niki Burns was great. Very knowledgable and helpful. Her personality really put us at ease. Brett tried to tell us the extended warranty was $4700 on a $20,000 BMW. It was not. We did buy the extended warranty but NOT for that amount. That being said, anyone can make a mistake on a quote, but when he saw our credit score he sat up straighter in his chair and became more interested. Every personality is different but we felt as if he did not take our purchase seriously- we are very easy going BUT we were there to buy a car. We drove 2 hours to see the car and had never been there before. We bought the car on Friday evening and Brett said he would call us Monday morning to let us know when we could come back and pick it up. I called around lunch on Monday and left a voice message for him. When he returned my call--he did not remember my name or my purchase. He asked me if it was BRENT that I had done business with. I said MINTER - he still did not remember. When we came on Tuesday to pick up the car, the manager walked all around but never smiled at us or thanked us for our business--NOTHING. Would I recommend these cold- ungrateful people to my friends or relatives--NO. I do believe employees follow the lead of their employers/managers and I truly saw that at this dealership.

As I was finishing up the paperwork the salesperson came in and said that a tire had a bad place on it. The service manager went out to take a look and decided to replace both back tires!!!!! Great customer service is really hard to find these days, but these people have it figured out. I highly recommend Donohoo Auto.

I purchased my car without seeing or driving it since I live two states away and was very pleased with the purchase. Donohoo Auto was very helpful with the whole process and had the best prices I could find online. Donohoo Auto even was able to get me a better finance rate than my bank. I will purchase again in the future from Donohoo Auto.

Totally positive experience! Donohoo had the most extensive website I have ever experienced. Once I found my vehicles to test drive, they lined them up and I took off. No hassle whatsoever. The financing department went way above and beyond to overcome a credit situation for me. As long as I am shopping for a vehicle in the future, Donohoo will be my first, and last, stop.
