My first time at Smith's for the 3rd complimentary service on my 2015 XC60 Ocean Race purchased elsewhere. Got a next day appointment, had great communication with thorough analysis, attention to detail, and quick completion . I'll be back!

Great 2017 XC90 T8!
Dealership answered cars.com inquiry quickly and had a great car at a great price. They handled the financing, paperwork and shipping to Washington state. Very easy to work with. The XC90 T8 is a fantastic SUV and is fun to drive. We charge it three times a day and so can get around mostly on electric. MPG is 27 to 30 on highway, over 33 around town. Battery is excellent to run AC when we leave dog in car. Highly recommend Smith Volvo!

Maddening
I sent an email to confirm availability and then I drove an hour to see a car. After looking around for it it was determined that the car wasn't on the lot. I left my number and said I'd wait around to hear if they would be able to get it from another lot. I didn't get a call back. At all. I called the next day, I was told the car was not available. It's still listed on-line, almost two weeks later.

We love our New Volvo!
No high-pressure sales a huge plus for us. Very knowledgeable about different models and their options. Allowed us time without pressure to make a decision that was best for us. We love our new Volvo. And highly recommend a visit to Smith Volvo San Luis Obispo!

Very pleasant purchasing experience
I bought 2016 XC90 T6 from Smith Volvo. It was a very pleasant purchasing experience. I made email query and negotiated the final price over email. Then, I drove down 180 miles to Smith Volvo and signed paperwork in 1 hour. Our sales, Tom Lancaster is very knowledgable and explained me the new features in great details. He is the best.

Not Very Eager
Answered emails and original inquiry fairly quickly, but responses were not very detailed and didn't seem very interested in selling vehicle, despite my willingness to travel from opposite coast.

Awesome service!
Professionalism of the maintenance crew was impeccable! I also appreciated follow up from the manger to ensure I was happy with the service. I think this was a touch of class. The maintenance was completed fairly very quickly and satisfactorily. I was overall impressed with everything.

Sharing for used vehicle
The dealer was very response and prompt with responding to my questions regarding the vehicle. We were unsecessful in closing a deal only because the color of the vehicle wasn't what I was looking for. They've followed up several times since. Best regards Glenn Miller

Unimpressed
Unable or unwilling (just ignored my emails) to answer reasonable questions about what work had been done on a classic car. It was advertised as 'professionally restored' but when I asked what, who, when - no reply beyond asking for a phone number and telling me the price. Follow up emails were ignored.
