Needed car fast

I needed to get a car fast and they were great, I felt something lose so took it to get looked at to find out I need new rack and pinion and all new struts a $1500 job then the dealership told me they did a major oil change but the food nd Out it was never done after I had my shop do and oil change right in front of me and the oil was black and we found rust in the radiator which was another cost they me, I do understand stand I bought a used car but a dealership should never sell a car with these issues.

Sounds like you had some recommended maintenance repairs and upgrades done as soon as you got a chance. This is good news for us looks like this vehicle found a good home and should serve you and your family for many more years to come. In all honestly we appreciate your business and we were delighted as well to have a good person like you to become part of our family of happy customers. Larry at the time this was the lowest priced vehicle on our inventory you were able to purchase a very nice vehicle with significantly lower than average miles for its age and in significantly above average condition for the amazingly low price of about $4000! You were given multiple trys for test drives and were offered to have the car inspected by an expert of your choice. We also discussed together all the visual cosmetics and overall performance of the car. After all, we still gave you a 30 day 1000 Mile Drivetrain Warranty and stood behind it all the way. These were not safety or current issues with the car as you know, Also, you may agree with us that anytime you purchase a car that is over 10 years old and priced for only 4k, no matter how nice it is, it still has plenty room for refreshment and improvements. We wish we would of had a chance to assist you with advice and some recommendations for parts or service we are sure we could of saved you a significant amount of money since set of shocks and rock and pinion for this car including labor we estimate significantly under $1000 so the price of $1500 you were charged we find to be very unfair. Larry also we are quite surprised to see an overall rating for your review is at 1 Star !?! When out of 4 individual ratings 3 of them you rated us 5 stars out of 5 (Thank You) and only 1 was rated at 1 star. This adds up to overall 4 Star review... so if it is an accidental mistake from your side please be kind enough to correct it. We thrive in Excellent Customer Service and have been in automotive car sales in over 20+ strong years. We wish you have a safe and productive journey with your new addition to the family.

Honest and outstanding dealership

Just bought a car from Raffi at Cars 4 U and was extremely impressed. Raffi was great to work with, straightforward, and honest. Raffi carries solid clean cars and stands behind the cars he sells. I drove over an hour to get to Cars 4 U, but I am glad I did and the drive was worth it. I gladly recommend the car buying experience at Cars 4 U and can guarantee I will be back as a repeat customer.

FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!

For an honest used car dealership, this is the place to go! The owner and staff seem to always have the best interest of the customer at heart rather than just making a deal. You can definitely witness the level of professionalism; it is very evident that they strive for customer satisfaction, which seems to be effortless. I recently purchased my BMW 5 Series from this dealership and I couldn't be any happier with the quality of customer care, service, and my new car! From the moment you walk in you feel very welcomed; I was pleasantly greeted and offered a cup of coffee. I already knew which car I was interested in before arriving and had a million questions, since this was my first time purchasing a used car. The staff is very approcahable and knowledgeable, which really set my mind at ease. The process of the paperwork was even simple and easy; before I knew it, I was driving off in my newly washed and detailed car. My experience was definitely wonderful and I will be back!! Highly recommend this dealership whether you are in the market for a used car or even to trade your current one. Thank you guys, you're the best!!

Be careful when dealing a car here

Owner and I came to an agreement on price of car.I received a call moments later from the owner stating that he made a mistake on the price. Stated he would call me back as one of his "sales guys" was dealing the car. Received a text back late at night stating that the car was sold. Suggestion is that if you are going to deal a car here, go in person and get everything in writing. Was disappointed that they did not keep their word.

Dear Mr. Hugo. Thank you for you feedback. We advertise our cars aggressively and we sell them quick. Since this vehicle was advertised and you just called as over the phone that does not mean this vehicle was sold to you. We get lots of calls a day and online applications for our cars but not all callers are buyers, even though they fill out online application and we get them approved not all of them show up to pick up the car. Since this car was advertised and it was on the lot when the client came in we had no choice but to sell the car to them. The vehicle is not sold until we get full payment and signed documents. By DMV law if the car is advertised and doesn't have a report of sale on it, if a client walks in we have to sell them the car, we can't tell them someone called us over the phone and they said they will buy this car. It doesn't work like that sir. This review is unfair to us because we didn't do anything wrong. We're sorry you missed this car. We hope we could earn your business in the future. Not the usual used car dealer...

I found their car on Cars.com, it looked way too clean on the website, but it really stood up to the pictures when we got there. I noticed that most of their cars are one owner and in very good/clean condition. I called them, (We live 150 Miles away) Spoke to Mike and asked him to check several very specific things about the Pacifica that are known problems, he did, found one of them to be an issue and said that he would have it repaired before we got down there. I talked to him about our trade and he seemed very honest during our discussion, he gave me numbers for a possible deal that seemed close to being ok to me. As we were getting on our way down to them he called and said the parts to fix the issue wouldn't be there in time for them to have it repaired before we got there but he would put us in a hotel so we could leave after it was done the next day. As usual, everything takes longer than expected when working with cars... we didn't end up leaving until 630 pm the next day. After repairs we test drove it and took it to a Chrysler dealer to have them check the issue we discussed and was "repaired". It was not completely repaired. There were 4 parts involved and 2 were repaired. It turns out that the defect on the other 2 parts could not be visually determined until they were actually removed, I don't believe the mechanic for Cars4U could have seen the defect and therefore do not fault him completely for missing them. Mike at Cars4U took the necessary steps to completely remedy the issue, ordered the remaining parts, had the mechanic stay late to complete the repair. It was a VERY long day and a half for us being 150 miles from home with nothing to do and no where to go and waiting and waiting, but in the end Cars4U was very fair, took care of the issue and we finally drove home in the Pacifica that we were looking for. I would recommend them to anyone, I feel like they may be ray of hope in a used car world usually filled with slimeballs and fly by night con artists. They are family owned, same location for 15 years have a 30 day 1000 mile warranty, and just generally seem to be good people. Go visit them!
