Best first car buying experience!

My first time buying a car, found the perfect 2003 Ford Explorer- exactly what I was looking for! Entire process was a pleasure, I will recommend K & R to all of my friends and family looking to purchase a used car! Couldn't be happier! Thank you again K & R, I love my "new" SUV!

Had a great experience twice

In the past month I've bought 2 vans for my business and had a great experience both times. They picked me up from my house to take delivery of the vans both times without hesitation. Both vans are running good so far. I will continue to buy vehicles from them.great place!!

No run-around, great price

We just wanted to take a minute to review K & R Auto. We have nothing but good things to say about Kevin. From the first contact from a website form he was prompt, courteous, and not pushy. Other bigger dealerships waste your time, play games or are just plain clueless. Kevin had the best price we could find, and he accommodated us in many different ways, going above and beyond what was expected. He is down to earth and made the whole process painless. Definitely not your typical "used car salesman"!

great customer service and no high pressure

I recently went car shopping for close friends of mine. Through Cars.com I found a vehicle at K&R and found Kevin to be very pleasant and helpful. He let me test drive a vehicle and said to give it a GOOD test run. I put about 6 or 8 miles on the vehicle and could not find anything wrong. My friends, being in a financial bind, talked to Kevin and he worked out a price that they could afford. We went down the next day to pick it up and in 1 2 3 the paperwork was done and we drove it home. Thanks Kevin for the great customer service.

Great deal and buying experience

A friend of mine who purchased a vehicle at K&R Auto Sales recommended this dealer to me when I spotted an ad for a 2008 Ford Taurus he had posted. Upon visiting the dealership, I was very pleased with the car as well as the outstanding customer service I experienced throughout the process. The Taurus I bought from K&R was in better condition and was offered at a lower price than comparable vehicles I looked at and test drove elsewhere. Meanwhile, Kevin was very personable and helpful, and he sold me the car in a friendly pressure-free manner. After I made the purchase, I had a question regarding the vehicle I had just bought. Kevin offered to promptly try to find the answer to my question and then called me the following day with the information I had requested. I am very happy with all aspects of the buying experience I had.

Ford 500 Buy

We purchase a 2007 Ford 500 from Kevin. He did not pressure us at all. When we arrive to the dealership his first words where" Are you ready to drive". My whole family got in the car and was very pleased. He gave us a discount for purchasing the extended warranty and for our trade-in. I would recommend his dealership to all of my friends.

Very Honest

My wife and I stopped in to look at a higher mileage van and I inqired about if the timing belt had been replaced. Kevin researched it and disclosed that it had not been done. He could have easily stated otherwise but was honest with us. I was impressed. Although we decided to buy something newer, I wanted to note the posative experience I had with K&R.

Poor customer service

Went for a test drive in 1998 Windstar and liked it very much. I asked if the dealer minded I take it to my mechanic and he was ok with that. On the day I was to take it to my mechanic on Friday, I could not get a ride, but made arrangement with K & R to pick it up on Monday. While, he knew I definitely was going to buy depending on my mechanics inspection, he ended up selling it to someone else, after I went to the expense of renting a car. He never told me I had to put a deposit down, and thought it was a "gentlemens" agreement.

Denny & Bonnie Dickey

I just can't say enough good things about our experience at K&R Auto Sales. Several weeks ago, we traveled approximately five hours to look at a 2006 Chevy Colbalt. We had been searching for a good car for our granddaughter for some time and were unsuccessful. Finding K&R Auto Sales on the internet and figuring we were on a wild goose chase, we thought it would be an adventure, if nothing else. The car was perfect in every way and much lower priced than any we saw in our area. Kevin was such a nice guy and VERY honest. Even after the purchase was finalized and we had the car, he was more than happy to answer any questions we had. This is a GREAT dealership and I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Kevin.

Great people to deal with ,

Very nice poeple to deal with. I traveled about 1.5 hrs. to get there. We were welcomed and thanked for coming. We were shown the car and told to look it over. Found a small problem,which was immediately corrected. Took for ride and liked what I had. It was clean, fresh smelling,but had it's wear spots of a used car. Was willing to answer questions to best of his knowledge about the car. After paper work was done he made we had plenty of gas and wished us a good and safe trip home.
