I wasn’t expecting to buy a new Pathfinder as I was basically killing time waiting for an order to be completed at a near by business. As I was walking through the lot a salesman, Dan Holloran, approached me and asked me if I had any questions. Dan was not overbearing like other car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. To make my review more concise I had a pleasant, no pleasure buying experience in a short amount of time. I will pick up the vehicle after an additional piece of equipment is added to it at my request. If the rest of my experience with Kelly Nissan in Woburn is as positive when I pick up the Pathfinder I would add an additional star to my rating. I may also return to buy another truck in the near future.

This is a very reputable place. I did my research of reading reviews and experiences from others on looking for a place that will work with me and not pressure me which made it worth the long drive. Dan was my sales guy and was very kind and made sure to answer all my questions and get me what I wanted. Shak is amazing at his financing magic and 100% puts the customer first and goes out of his own way to find you a way to get you what you want within your budget. Highly recommend coming here for reliable people and a ton of car options!

My husband and I have been purchasing Nissan cars since 2005. We have had all of them pretty much. We have been to a lot of dealerships over the years and was always fond of danvers. However they recently closed and we were in the market of buying a new suv and we came to Woburn. We had come here many years ago and both times had very pleasant experiences. I had the pleasure of working with Dan holloran and was very professional. I’m so glad he was willing to go for the test drive with me as I didn’t know the area and my husband was running late. He made me feel very comfortable with the drive rather than be nervous and focused on how well the pathfinder handled the road. What a small world when I found out his uncle hired me 20 years ago and made it possible for me to be in the position I’m in now. Dan was so professional from the time I walked in the door till I walked away with my new pathfinder. Even along the way when I hit some bumps he was so kind and understanding and never pressured me to buy the vehicle. His good attitude and calm demeanor helped seal the deal!! (Plus his uncle Johnny. ) lol. He showed me all the ins and outs of the truck and took his time. He didn’t rush to go help someone else even tho it was busy he focused his attention on making sure I was happy. Car dealers have a bad reputation but he just didn’t fit the profile. I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed Dan being my salesman. I can’t wait till I need another new car— I’m going to see Dan. And I will make sure my husband and my daughter who also have Nissan vehicles also ask for Dan. I’m going to tell all my family and friends and I hope they tell their friends and family. I love Woburn Nissan and thank you for the excellent experience !!!! I could say more but I think this is enough. Lol enjoy

Daniel was the best! He did all the preparation prior to me coming into the dealership. He had a couple of options for me to test drive, he gave me quotes, and I was on my way!

The sales staff was very accommodating; however, I called the day before to schedule an appointment to see pre-owned vehicle. Was disappointed that an appointment was not scheduled and I had to start all over on what vehicle I had interested in. Lastly, I did not appreciate the salesperson’s first response to me when negotiating a deal was “ the dealer needs to make a profit”.

Dan was our salesman, and he was honest, fair, kind, and helpful. From the moment we walked in until we left having signed a deal, the Kelly team made our experience a positive one.
