What a refreshing and satisfying experience it was to purchase a car here. I'm still smiling! After years of buying at the big dealerships, I was deeply impressed and inspired by the folks at Auto Sports Inc. in Hickory. What a remarkable difference: low-key, knowledgeable, personable, no doc fees, no standing around waiting for the finance manager to see you (the total process took less than 30 minutes). I love my Mazda Miata and I'm so glad I found Auto Sports in Hickory. This is a special place, and I recommend it with enthusiasm and without reservation!

Went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle. The vehicle looked good but it did not handle good when I drove it. I questioned the difficulty that I had when driving it and was told in a sarcastic manner to go somewhere else for a vehicle.

If you are buying car or truck this is the only place to buy I give them the highest rating that you can give just drove from myrtle beach to buy Silverado truck

I drove two hours to buy a 2014 Escape and we agreed to Trade in estimate over the phone . This is the second car I purchased and was treated first class in both transaction . The best experience no hassle experience .

I bought a used 2013 Nissan leaf SL from these guys. I had to drive 2 hours plus to get to Auto Sports Inc, the car was in excellent condition just like I was told it was before I made the ride to look at /buy it. I did my homework on the Leaf before I called them but Andy still knew things about the car that I didn't know. The whole buying process was quick with no problems. I would definitely buy another car from them. Highly recommended.

I've tried buying a car from this dealership due to a good price on a vehicle I've been searching for, however, multiple times I have just been brushed off as unimportant and told "I have someone who might be buying it, check back tomrorow" and another time "I have someone who put a deposit on this. Check back in three days." Only to find out the vehicle was in the shop when I talked to another employee at a later time--which is fine, just don't lie. Also, I was told I would be contacted if the vehicle did not sell to this supposed buyer that put the deposit down. 3-4 weeks later I was not contacted but the vehicle was relisted for sale but when I went to the dealership, I was yet again told, "I have someone who might be buying it later today. Check back again tomorrow or something. Sorry.". Bad business, unfortunately.
