If you are looking at a pre owned Mercedes from this dealership stop reading now and look somewhere else. I recently purchased a pre owned 2014 G550 from this dealership. It was part of a trade and the vehicle was shipped to me in Florida. I don’t know if they just expected me to shut up and be happy with what they sent or they just didn’t care. I’ve bought and sold many high end vehicles using extensive research via Carfax/ car gurus - this was by far the worst example of fraud and duplicitous business I have been party too. -First issue that should have been a red flag- I was pre approved for my loan- bank later issued a second dealer letter with a lower APR - finance dept refused to honor it and said 576$ over the life of the loan was not much and that I shouldn’t worry about it! - I purchased specifically from a MB dealer so that I would get a vehicle that had been inspected by certified MB techs. What I got was a dirty car, with several small but important issues that now the dealer is refusing to rectify. The 6 month complimentary “ preferred care protection” is worthless - rust under the windscreen seal - rust under the passenger wiper blade retention bolt -rust on rear door hinge -stained headliner - large gouge in front right tire - oil and filter change 1 year old This is from the DEALERSHIP! I’m not a technician but it appears no one looked at this car before they closed our deal a shipped the vehicle. Again, save yourself the headache and look somewhere else- all the other negative reviews cite the same overall issues. Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. THE BEST OR NOTHING- Euro motorcars of Germantown offers nothing.

We have spoken to the dealership management that is handling your complaint and were advised that the 2014 Mercedes-Benz G-Class in question passed the Maryland State Inspection and that other concerns are considered normal wear and tear due to the age of the vehicle. Our dealership believes in complete transparency throughout the entire sales process and we take any issues that may arise very seriously. We are aware that you are in communication with our team to resolve the issue.

I trust the Maryland state inspection is a good one but I didn’t step off with the intention of buying a used car from the state of Maryland My intention was to purchase a pre owned vehicle from Mercedes Benz - What we got was a vehicle in need of 6900k for tires, spark plugs, serpentine Belt and corrosion issues - far from the Mercedes standard. A used car is used-but this vehicle was not safe to put my family in and not even close to the value agreed upon in negotiations- no disclosures as to condition I am speaking to the dealer but what they have offered ( detail the car) is far from what is needed to salvage this deal At least split the cost of all repairs- 3500 /3500

Still look like “normal wear and tear”? The windscreen rust and wiper retention arm rust are in for body shop work requiring expensive and extensive body work $$$ -Windscreen has to be pulled out and the frame has to be remediated for rust -Wiper assembly requires replacement- vehicle sent to my local MB dealer to remove DASH assembly in order to the wiper assembly $$$$ The production quality is not what it should be - poorly galvanized metal (MBUSA) The fact that this was not disclosed by the dealer is another issue all together and one that was absolutely avoidable on the part of EURO MORTORCARS GERMANTOWN MD Make this right

Bought a new S560 from Steve at Euro Germantown about 2...

Bought a new S560 from Steve at Euro Germantown about 2 months ago, everybody was great. They worked a deal out for me that got me out of my early Lexus lease trade and into the car I wanted. Followed up and kept in touch with me over the couple months it took for me to get to where I was ready to make the trade. Had a few teething issues with the car and Jeff in Service has taken great care of me. Friendly and thorough and genuinely cares about my satisfaction. I would recommend very highly.

They failed to give me a loaner car even after having an...

They failed to give me a loaner car even after having an appointment. Made me wait for 30 minutes and then told me I'll have to wait for someone else to return the car before a loaner can be given. I had to take my car back from them and waste hours without getting any servicing done on my car!

Update: after this occurrence, Zack called me the next day. They picked up my car from the house, left a loaner at my doorstep and after servicing my car returned the car back to me. Appreciate the follow up and help!

Eric Sofon doesn't listen

I drove an 1 hour to go to Euro motors to purchase a 2018 GLA the salesmen Eric help me. He had the vehicle waiting when I arrived. I looked over the vehicle and noticed nicks in the paint on the hood the door as well as what looked to be paint chipping on the rear driver side door,inside it looked as if the previous owner had a cell phone mount still affix to the interior of the car and it was only one key to the car. So needless to say this car cannot be Certified preowned by Mercedes. I came with my own financing offer letter. I asked Eric multiple times if he saw my offer he said yes but still presented with a final number of $26k for a car that cannot be CPO and has been on the lot for 60 days. By the way the turn over rate for 2017-2019 used GLA-250 14-27 days max. I filled out my application while doing so I said to him send my application to Capital One only no one else I am already Pre-qualified for a loan with them I repeated this multiple time he agreed and said OK he understands. As I am sitting in the dealership I start receiving multiple email about different banks checking my credit I was extremely upset behind this after I asked that its not sent anywhere else. Eric then bold face lied and said it only went to capital one ummmm sir I am very aware of what goes on with my credit. I do not want multiple hard inquires on my credit especially when I have been doing so well rebuilding. Then he text me the next day asking that Bring 5600 I told him no. I 'm not paying over $20,250 for the GLA with 32k miles not CPO. I will not be told what to put down I will tell you what I am putting down and you decide if you are going to make the deal work. I would recommend anyone buying from them. Eric lied he figured because I was a women he was going to get over on me. Well Eric this women does her homework and knows alot more then you think I have been doing my research for months so you will not tell me anything and I will take your word you can't be trusted. Ladies if your not sure please always take a man that knows alot about cars deals how much they can come down on the car what the car is really worth the turnover rate, stale lot car etc. with you if you have to deal with Euro Motors or Eric.

Davina, We apologize that your experience at our dealership did not leave you satisfied. The pre-owned 2018 GLA you came to look at was never represented as a ‘Mercedes-Benz Certified’ neither online or at the dealership. EuroMotorcars Germantown has a strict policy not to send credit applications to lenders without a customer’s written authorization and the lenders determine the deal structure based on the customer’s credit profile/history. When a customer brings a letter of pre-approval, it does not mean it is a guaranteed loan. The dealership still has to send the bank complete details of the transaction including specific vehicle, down payment, etc. Once the bank reviews the file they determine approval and the full terms of the loan. The dealership has no control over the banks terms and it’s unfortunate that we were unable to earn your business. Unfortunately, you misunderstood our good intentions of trying to help you purchase a vehicle. We wish you the best in finding a suitable vehicle that matches all your requirements.

outstanding customer service

A great experience! Gil was persistent in reaching out to me in order to take a look at the new A class model. He was not pushy however was consistent throughout his service. He got me a reasonable trade-in deal given my circumstances and without hesitation I left with a car i never thought i'd get! What stood out of this team was their excellent customer service. Never did they show any frustration throughout the process! Highly recommend.

This was my first with Mercedes, and this is one exceptional dealership with knowledgeable, genuine and customer-oriented sales associates. Another amazing experience
