Really good experience from my sales person Sam. Was an an honest positive experience. This is my first ford purchase from an all chevy family. Really a nice sales staff and his sales manager was nice as well. Front counter girl was really nice to offer us water and barrow her charger.

Butch Anderson is a total pro. I came in after receiving a letter from him, and he helped me pick a truck that was just perfect for me. He didn't waste time trying to up-sell something I couldn't afford, and didn't give me the usual salesman run-around. He drove me around the lot, and we hand picked my truck together, discussing its features as compared to my previous vehicle. I felt very well taken care of by your staff and by Butch in particular. This is a person I would trust any time I need a new vehicle. Give that man a bonus or something. Every time I get in my truck, I smile. You guys did that. Well done.

The fact that our salesman went the extra mile to get the truck I wanted transferred from another dealership versus just trying to sell me something conveniently located on their lot.
