guy from Kansas City (Stay away from this dealer.)2016 Silverado 2500 hd /utility truck every time I purchase a car or truck I always look for big dealerships with good reviews. they normally take care of you in case some major issue goes wrong . not State Street Trucks. I seen this truck and I liked the utility bed on back and ignore some of the bad reviews they have . I did the big mistake thats costly . plane ticket from Kansas to salt lake city drove 16 hours straight back home with a kicking transmission. owner (Steve) said sorry we didn't know about it . and pretty much your on your own. 6,000$ repairs . issues on this truck happened the very same day I was driving home. after I filled the first tank of fuel ,I notice first gear kicking. at low speeds.i tried for 4 days to get ahold of the owner finally he got back to me today, just to say ill give 500$. that won't even cover the bad 2 tires on the back. but they said it pass inspection. what a joke there flat on the inside . but I was okay with that, I figure 600$ on tires. ask him if he can help by paying at least half the tranny ,he said that was unreal. 2016 chevy Silverado work truck 6.0 gas 173,000 miles. paid 15,000$ to them plane ticket $700 plus gas back home. over 17,000$ on my side plus it needs a 6,000$$$ repair .( thanks Steve from State Street Truck stop) keep your 500$. whats right is right.Stay awayyyyyyyyyyy

I had the same experience as some of the others...pressured into buying a car, got into a terrible loan, and the car needs work. Unhappy and screwed for years to come because of these guys.

Over charged me for a car. I have a 780 credit score and got a 16.99 percent interest rate. Very poor business practices after you buy the car from them. Never answer emails or phone calls. I would recommend everyone to go somewhere else to buy.

I have been buying trucks for 32 years from State Street Truck Stop and i have allways been treated great. And have allways got a great deal. I have bought 27 trucks from them.

We just bought a truck from Ron at State Street Truck Stop and I cannot begin to tell you what a great experience it was. We live in southern Utah and tried to keep our business local, however our local dealer puts one price online and then when you get in there, they tell you a whole different price “oh that price is if you use a certain finance company that charges 17% interest even if you have a credit score of nearly 800” needless to say it was a terrible experience. That was not the case with State Street, they were completely transparent from the second we got there. When it came to financing, rather than having to wait until the contracts had been printed to see a cost breakdown he showed us right on his computer exactly what we were going to pay, which BTW was the best price we found even looking at private party sellers! This is the 3rd truck we have bought from them and it won’t be the last. We will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thanks Ron we are totally loving this truck! You guys are great!

I purchased a 2015 Ford F150 from the State Street Truck Stop this July and had a great experience. I worked with Ron and not only was he professional, but he was extremely knowledgable as well. The entire process from selling my older truck to them to purchasing the new truck felt fair, timely and enjoyable. Also, the group did a great job of letting me work at my own pace and not feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. I would definitely recommend the shop to anybody looking for a new used truck!
