We had been waiting for almost a year for the BMW Z4 M40i

We had been waiting for almost a year for the BMW Z4 M40i to become available with a manual transmission. In January 2024, BMW announced the Z4 manual would become available in March, and I went to view a used Z4 at BMW of Austin, because I had never driven or even sat in one. Unfortunately, it had sold by the time I got there, but I did have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cory Rutherford. He gave me his card, and I told him we would reach out when Z4 Manual became available to order. In March, I reached out ro Cory, and he said to come on over- he would help us with the order process. We did, and he made it absolutely painless. During the next 6 months, when the car was on order, Cory checked in with us and kept us updated on its progress, finally providing an order number when it became available so we could track the progress online. When the car finally made it to the dealership, Cory handled making sure it was ready when we got there. We did the deal, which is generally not my favorite part of buying a car, but BMW's process was probably the least painful experiance I've ever had buying a car. They also had a 'BMW Genius' who helped us get set up with the BMW app and link it to the car, and showed us some of the other features. I highly recommend visiting Cory at BMW if you're in the market for a BMW, without a lot of hassle!

This dealership is a scam.

This dealership is a scam. They lied to me about the condition of my vehicle and now are refusing to honor the warranty. My next step is to now consult an attorney as they are breaching our contract and failing to honor my warranty.

Chris Langenfeld is amazing!

Chris Langenfeld is amazing! I contacted him about a pre-owned Camry on Monday 06/24/2024 @6:58 pm, two minutes before closing and he answered the phone and got into his computer and sent me all the info we needed to get the purchase process initiated!! Next morning, Tuesday 06/25/2024, I called him he scheduled a test drive, I arrived at the BMW of Austin Dealership and he was there to greet me right away! Chris Langenfeld made the process quick, easy, and highly professional! He is a great asset to your dealership! My daughter Roni drive off in her new car right at closing today with no issues, no stress, it was a stellar experience! I have purchased 11 vehicles over my lifetime and this was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had and I put in almost not effort! Chris Langenfeld did it all! Was sold a CPO X5 With a broken AC.

Was sold a CPO X5 With a broken AC. Had it for 6 months and it’s been in the shop for 2+ months already. Every time the car is returned it has new issues and it takes multiple trips to the shop to fix them. The AC has been broken the entire time I’ve owned the car and they have refused to remedy the situation.

I owrdered an i5 M60 from BMW of Austin. They were great to work with. Mike Hanaway was our salesman. He did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process and was easy to work with. He had our backs. And the car is absolutely beautiful. It is SO much fun to drive! I’m very glad we bought from Austin BMW. They really take good care of you. We have had several BMWs, from various dealers. Our good experiences with Austin’s service department and their service writer, Kait Puckett, are why we decided to go with them when we bought the M60. Kait has always looked out for us. And in the end, you’re going to be servicing a car for a long time somewhere, so it better be someplace you trust.

Our previous 2016 CPO X3 was getting long in the tooth.

Our previous 2016 CPO X3 was getting long in the tooth. We designed a replacement online, then went to BMW of Austiin to see colors and options for ourselves. We got the typical BMW experience: top notch. Our sales person Gino accommodated all our desires, and he put us first in the queue! We ordered a custom 2024 BMW X3, and from order to delivery was an astounding 4 weeks! We have zero complaints with the way we were treated, from greeting to delivery. Everything is what we would expect from BMW: first class service.

I'm not a pleased customer of the Service dept.

I'm not a pleased customer of the Service dept. Brought in my BMW IX50 with 7800 miles on it. It has uneven tread wear on the rear tires. The middle of the tires are at 2mm of tread while the outsides are at 5 to 6 mm. This is a Textbook problem with the tires being over-inflated. They are inflated at 44 psi which is what the specs on the door says to do. Service will not take care of me. Basically over $600 in tires, they are going to tell a person who bought a 100K vehicle to pound sand. Yeah, BMW is not for me. Going to go to a brand that cares about their customers.
