Stay Away-Save Yourself the trouble

Bought a used truck from these people. Airbag light on a day ofter driving off lot. Brought it in and waited 3 weeks for a part they said they would order and never did. During this time lost power to all my windows and headlights. Brought it in and they fought me to fix the windows and front lights. Had truck in service for 7 days as they waited on parts (?). Had the truck back for 4 days and lost power to headlights again (on highway in a snowstorm). Another battle for them to cover repairs. Picked up truck again after another lost day, opened door and a bracket from the door handle fell off. I looked it over and realized they had broken it when repairing the windows to get to some bolts and simply used a black putty like substance to hide their error and stick it back on. I asked for them to replace the bracket, a dollar part and they have refused and will not help me further. Contacted the sales manager about all these issues. Was told they would take back the truck and take care of me, give me another vehicle. Went down to test drive a car, they ran my credit score, we agreed on a price, they called 2 days later and told me it was gonna be $353 a month and we agreed on the deal via phone. Called me 5min later and said it was actually $453 a month. I gave them another day to run numbers and they never contacted me again. I would never do business with these people again. Ian the sales manager is a con artist and Paul the service manager is incredibly rude. I was getting so stressed dealing with these people I literally gave up. I have dealt with every aspect of this dealership and would recommend you to never step foot on their property. Seriously save yourself the trouble, there are far better customer friendly dealerships in MA. First review here, I want to help any people I can. Peter

Good value

Good over all buying experience. Our sales person (Jose) worked very hard to make the deal work. It took longer than I expected. Internet experience was not worth the trouble. Gave wrong info. It is better to work face to face.

Julio Ribbon Sales Associate

I recently purchased a 2010 Prius after crashing my older model on the ice. Given the trauma of that, shopping for another car when you aren't planning on it could be rough, but Julio was a great sales associate and made the experience more fun than it should have been. I felt like he was honest, personable, and patient. Definitely recommend this experience!

Boch South sales rep Dan Kirby is A +++++

Picked up my new Camry Hybrid XLE tonight from my sales rep Dan Kirby who drove all the way to NH to get me when my Audi finally died. Unheard of service - Dan did whatever it took to make me a happy customer !! Megan Moore also was very helpful as my internet shopping contact at Boch. Nice job sales team! Way it should be. Car is fantastic by the way. New Boch South building seems to have reinvigorated the Boch South team - cafe inside, drive in service - tons of inventory - best deal.

Harassing guy fixing remote starts

If your a single girl stay away. The guy that fixes the remote starts would not stop hitting on me and thinks he is incredible. I wasn't the only one he used his "charm" on either. I don't care how cold it is Id rather freeze than go back and deal with him. What kind of dealer hires a person that hits on women all day and thinks nothing of it?

RENE LA PAZ only buy cars from him

is my number tree cars that we purchases from him first one was a 2008 sienna #2 2014 tundra and tree week ago we purchase the number tree 2013 toyota highlander,.very happy nice and easy rene always make it happen for us,...definitely recommend him and boch toyota south

Sold me, then dumped me

My wife and I purchased a used 2010 Toyota Sequoia from Boch Toyota South the week before Thanksgiving. While we love the vehicle, there were a few small issues that have still yet to be resolved. We only received 1 key fob for this $40k car. There was also no owners manual. Lastly, after driving the car a couple days, we noticed that the backup camera was cracked. Surprisingly, we are still dealing with these issues. Our salesperson Ian gave us the runaround on multiple occasions, basically saying used car sales do not work the same as new car sales. I pointed out that the owners manual is a safety issue and should be with the car. He agreed to work on getting me one but never called me back. Regarding the key fob, same issue ("used car"). I reminded Ian that I traded in a 10 year old car with 2 working key fobs and that the cost to Toyota must be very small. He was going to review with his sales manager and I am still chasing them on this. He said he would "see if we could do anything" and " this is not policy, but maybe we could find an old fob laying around and reprogram it". We eventually called the general manager John Franco. While he returned my call and left a very brief message, we also received a call from the salesperson Ian, who gave us the same response (we are seeing what we can do). Another message to John Franco the very next day, indicating I was frustrated with the service I was getting from our salesperson Ian, went unreturned. My wife finally got frustrated with Round 4 of this nonsense and went to the dealership today. The salesperson Ian, our best buddy during the sales process, dropped my wife off with a service manager and went to presumably go treat potential buyers nicely only to leave them in the dust if there is any follow up. Absolutely do not recommend this dealership. We are first time customers here, something that was made known within 5 minutes of us walking into the dealership the first time, and they treat us like we are some sort of nuisance. Our issues are related to very minor (inexpensive) issues at the point of sale and we have yet to resolve them, 6 weeks after the sale. Finally, we consistently contact Boch regarding the status, only to be told the same thing. We are happy with the vehicle. But Boch Toyota South should be ashamed of this case and lack of customer service provided. The dealership is in a brand new building and advertises on the radio non-stop...you cant find an owners manual or second key fob for a $40k car?!?!? Awful.

Ask for "Eddy" K. Nicely done...

Eddy did a great job. I am coming back to get a Highlander for my mother-in-law and hope to have a similar experience. Facilities were in a state of transition. I understand that they now have the new facility finally completed.
