Great experience!

Brad was very helpful and knew the answers to our questions. He went back several times to get a better price and made sure we were comfortable the whole time we were there.

Brad and the LHM staff make it happen

Brad and the staff have taken care of me and my family for years. I'm a repeat customer because of the Jeep brand and Brad's ability to help put together the deal that works for me. You can tell he likes his work. Great customer service and a relaxing, no pressure showroom.

These folks are awesome!

I can always get my vehicle in within 24 hours. I am always greeted quickly and by a friendly representative. The service center is very efficient and professional. The text reminders, follow-ups and updates are very convenient. I can always speak directly with my service representative if I need more information. I am thoroughly informed of services needed/suggested and never feel pressured into anything.

Timely, professional, all requested was done.

I was impressed with the service representative. A wash was included, which I appreciated. My time spent there was a little longer than expected and quoted but not a problem. Two other patrons were quite upset and got fed up and left, not so with me. Thanks for you professional service.

Hassle free, easy and fun!!

Darren was great to work with! Most of the transaction took place over the phone and he was very up front and transparent which I appreciate. All information and payments were disclosed prior to running credit and it was exactly what I was expecting. Brad was very accommodating when it came time for the delivery and I have loved my new Gladiator so far!!
