Overall, I have had an excellent experience with this dealership over the past five years in sales and service. I purchased my first car here in 2009 and a second car in 20!0. Rich has always provided prompt and professional maintenance service when it was needed. Recently, I was looking for a car for my wife with specific features. The car could not be found anywhere in the Southeast. However, that's when the commitment to customer service began. Dorothy, a Sales Professional at the dealership, searched diligently each day for quite sometime until she found the car I wanted for my wife at the port in Jacksonville, Florida. The car's original destination was North Carolina. She had the destination reassigned to the dealership in Macon and kept me informed about its arrival and delivery. Consequently, I purchased my third car here on July 23, 2014 and my wife is happy and so am I.
