Believe the Reviews stay clear of Sutton Acura

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't recommend going here at all to get vehicle serviced. I got a bad deal on on my car and found it had rollback miles etc. Found out it needed a transmission. After getting an oil change and a check engine check. Well fast forward and $15k later my vehicle that they said they fixed and I would be able to drive with know problems has problems with the transmission switch. Which they should have changed when they put in so they say a new transmission. They used old parts. And they lie and say something is wrong every time I bring my car in. When I asked to sell it to them they only wanted to give me $1k even though they knew I paid thousands of dollars at their dealership. This last trip was the last straw. They half checked my car. They said it needed a new air filter and I had just replaced it. They said my lights worked and they do not. Stay clear away!! I don't recommend at all. They need to fix my vehicle right while it's under they warranty.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Worst service department ever and rude service managers. Sutton Acura service department hates to be called out on their horrible customer service. Every time I call the service managers out on horrific service they wants to say I have a bad attitude and ask me not to come back there even though I have spent plenty of money there over the 12 years. That General Manager Warren was rude to me and came all up in my face and Jeff the service manager thinks he is doing me a favor although I pay for services. Jeff keep saying “don’t I take care you” and I say that is your job. But when I wasn’t happy they go get Warren and he talks to me any kind of way and ask me why I come there. I see an example on how he speaks to women. He don’t know how to resolve situations. He is the rudest General Manager I have ever met.

Terrible Salesman Jimmy Johnson

I purchased an Acura on February 4th, 2022. I didn’t get a 2nd key and salesman Jimmy Johnson assured me that day that he would get me a second key. On March 30th I texted Jimmy about my key, he texted back he would check with his manager. Never heard back on April 7th, I texted where’s my key, he texted back it’s been ordered sorry for the delay, everything is on back order. Never heard back on June 10th, I texted where’s my key, he texted back let me talk to my key guy. At this point I knew I was getting the runaround. On June 27, I called Steve Eddy the guy that did the financing of my vehicle. I told him how Jimmy Johnson was playing games and giving me the runaround. Steve took my number and said he would call me back. Well as of July 5th sadly I haven’t heard anything and still don’t have my 2nd key, five months later. God forbid if I misplace my one and only key. This has been a terrible and so unnecessary experience. I have an vehicle services coming up soon, I’ll be talking with someone in management or taking whatever action I need to correct this wrong by all means necessary In the meantime at all cost BE VERY AWARE of salesman Jimmy Johnson.

Uselessness from Acura to Sutton

At first, this was the one of the best experiences I had with a car dealership. We got the 2022 Acura MDX Type S vehicle. However, less than 1,000 miles on the car and less than 45 days after purchase, the air ride suspension busted. Every light possible went off and key safety features were no longer available. We are on our 29th day of service and our car has not been fixed. The replacement part took 15 days to get to the dealership and then we are told Honda sent the wrong part. Though we have a loaner vehicle, Sutton has done absolutely nothing to accommodate this issue. Just their apologies and their request for us to be patient. No buy back option, no trade in option, no money offerings, nothing to cover the fact we paid for a car that is sitting in their shop for almost a month. Granted, not all of this is on the dealership as Honda plays a part in this too, but if I could do it over again, I would not go to Sutton and I would not buy an Acura or Honda.

GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Sutton Acura has the best service manager and department. Jeff Portzer, the service lane manager is the best! He is always cheerful and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very satisfied with my experience trading cars

We had been checking out cars for weeks and I was starting to think we would never find the car we wanted. When we walked into Sutton Acura it was a perfect fit. The salesman Mason was able to answer all of our questions and the Sales Manager Warren took the time to show us the vehicles clean CARFAX, in-house service records, and comparables for our trade-in. Most dealerships try to pressure you into making an emotional decision, but we asked lots of questions and in the end, the car and dealership sold itself. They even gave us a complimentary free first oil change/servicing and were able to give me a loaner vehicle even though I hadn't remembered to call ahead and reserve one. I'm blown away with the level of service and look forward to sending friends over to Warren and company for their next car purchase.
