I had a great experience at Butler Toyota buying my new Tundra. The sales staff and everyone we met were great.

In Town from Trion when cars warning screen gave oil maintenance required soon. Found Butler Toyota as nearest Toyota dealership. Called the up at about 7:30 AM asked if they could fit my Prius in for a Oil Lube, filter change, and tire rotation. Was told bring it on down. Service Department got finished in about an hour while I had a great complimentary cup of coffee. Adviser explained all details of Service before I left the dealership. Good service and friendly staff.

Please don't ask that I write a sentence every time. The service was good. I like everyone who works here. I just wanted to quickly drop them a good rating. They deserve it. But I'm not interested in filling out a whole form every time. You already know who I worked with. You already know what kind of car I have. I don't want to fill this out every time just to give the good folks at Butler Toyota a good rating.

Larry was very helpful. I was originally assigned to another service advisor but he was not there on the day of my service. Larry assisted me and made sure to get my car taken care of.
