This dealership should not be in business.
This dealership should not be in business. I spent three weeks trying to buy a Jeep on-line before finally signing the first document. They had me check for about 10 days so they put me on the back burner feeling the car was sold. When I finally received the Jeep I find that the leather seats they advertised was not true. I rent my cars out and specifically wanted leather seats for easier maintenance. Now I have had the Jeep for a week and my local DMV will not give me a tag because they still don't have paperwork from the dealer. I called the salesman yesterday and he said he would talk to the finance manager who has proven to be clueless. Prior to finalizing the deal, I made MANY attempts to call and no matter what department I called they never answered the phone. I left message after message with no return calls. I ended up having to call their Audi dealership to ask them to check on VW because they all disappeared. That guy gave me a number to corporate who gave me a number to the general manager who finally got thinks rolling. The sales guy, John, called and said that he and the finance manager had been trying to call me and yet I had no missed calls from either. After the Jeep was delivered I texted John about the Jeep not having leather as advertised and his response was 'how does it drive' and never responded to the leather issue. If you dont mind giving these people money with no quick result, dont mind being treated like you dont exist or you dont actually need a car, this is the dealership for you.

Extremely Disappointed with Nalley Volkswagen
Extremely Disappointed with Nalley Volkswagen Alpharetta My son sold his car to Nalley Volkswagen in Alpharetta over five weeks ago, and he still has not received his equity check. Every time he calls for an update, he’s told someone will “look into it” or “get back to him,” yet no one ever follows up. It’s unacceptable that a dealership (and Nalley Group) of this size can complete a sale, take possession of a vehicle, and still not pay what is owed after more than a month. Communication has been poor, accountability is lacking, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Zero communication. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. This dealership has been completely unprofessional and dishonest in how they’ve handled this transaction. Once they got his car, it’s like they washed their hands of the deal. If you’re considering selling your car here, think twice — once they have your vehicle, it seems your payment is no longer a priority.

Serge was extremely friendly and straightforward; we felt that we were treated honestly and the negotiations felt fair and positive. They let us take the car to our mechanic for a once-over and had everything ready when they promised. Pricing was reasonable. Overall it was as positive experience as could be hoped for. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for something new or used. Well done!!!

Volkswagen car quality is a big concern . I don?t know how the CEO of the company feel their quality. Definitely , the ceo did not go great job on the team management, the quality manager of production line and component control should be trained immediately. The GM of plant need to learn from other vehicle manufacturers. Like Toyota, Honda , Hyundai etc .

Volkswagen car quality is a big concern . I don’t know how the CEO of the HQ and the president of NA company feel their quality. Definitely , they did not do great job on the team management, the quality manager of production line and component control should be trained immediately. The GM of plant need to learn from other vehicle manufacturers. Like Toyota, Honda , Hyundai etc . I can image the Volkswagen company will lose more and more market share until end its life. They need new quality mangers of the factory and material supply department, but more important that they need a culture, quality management culture. The CEO should apologize for its consumers, how they produced a car with so many quality issues. I can image their management system …
